If you are lucky enough to be touring with Ruby, stop reading this and just go—you are in for a treat. Ruby is, without a doubt, one of the best tour guides I have ever encountered. From the moment we met, her warm smile and infectious enthusiasm set the tone for an absolutely perfect day. What sets Ruby apart is her genuine passion for her work. She doesn’t just recite facts from a script; she tells stories. Her deep knowledge of the local history and culture brought every location to life, making the experience feel immersive rather than just educational. She answered every question with patience and detail, clearly delighted to share her love for her home. However, it was Ruby’s personal touch that truly made the experience memorable. She went above and beyond to accommodate everyone in the group, checking in on those who needed a rest and offering fantastic recommendations for photos and local snacks. She even shared hidden anecdotes that you simply won’t find in any guidebook.

Me encanta que el guía turístico me haya enviado un mensaje para confirmar la fecha. También sugirió excelentes lugares para tomar fotografías, nos tomó fotos y nuestro viaje fue muy fácil. Nos divertimos mucho y, lo más importante, con dos niños: todo fue sin problemas. No tuvimos que pensar, solo seguir y disfrutar. One of my best experiences in Seoul! Our guide, Ms. Hwa, was incredibly nice and accommodating. Alpaca World was such a joy, and the Rail Bike was a lot of fun, but Nami Island was definitely the highlight of the trip for me! I highly recommend this tour—it's perfect for solo travelers, but I’m sure it would be just as enjoyable for groups, too.

We had an amazing time on the Winter Snow – Mt. Seoraksan, Nami Island & Eobi Ice Valley day trip. The itinerary was well paced, the scenery was stunning, and the winter landscapes were exactly what we hoped for. Our guide, Philip, was excellent. Knowledgeable, organised, and genuinely friendly, he made the day effortless and enjoyable. He explained the sites clearly, kept everything running smoothly, and had a great sense of humour that kept the group engaged. Mt. Seoraksan and the Buddhist shrine was breathtaking in the snow, Nami Island was beautiful and atmospheric, and Eobi Ice Valley was amazing. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Philip as your guide. A memorable day trip and one of the highlights of our time in Korea.

Our guide, Lanson, was truly professional and made this tour very smooth and enjoyable! It was a great bus tour trip to the three amazing spots: Alpaca World, Rail Park, and Nami Island. The trip advice, tips, and instructions provided throughout were very informative and helpful, which we really appreciate! The meetup at the gathering point at the start of the day was also easy and efficient, for which we are very grateful!
