Me encanta que el guía turístico me haya enviado un mensaje para confirmar la fecha. También sugirió excelentes lugares para tomar fotografías, nos tomó fotos y nuestro viaje fue muy fácil. Nos divertimos mucho y, lo más importante, con dos niños: todo fue sin problemas. No tuvimos que pensar, solo seguir y disfrutar. Valió cada centavo. ¡Y LAS FRESAS ESTÁN TAN DULCES Y JUGOSAS! ¡Nos encantó!

We had a great time on our excursion! Miao was a great guide who kept us all well informed and was very kind and friendly. Strawberry picking was fun and we got to fill up a container to take for ourselves, the ice valley was a nice stop to take pictures, and the sledding was a fun experience that we got to do multiple times! everything was paid for and included except for lunch. Overall, highly recommend but if you get car sick easily, please prepare yourself for the mountain roads 🙏🏻

I really recommend this tour package! Lanson, our tour guide, was very informative and engaging. Everything was so clear, so everyone showed up and stuck to the schedule very promptly. Kudos to the team for the great time management and itinerary. Also, our tour was postponed to 9 AM instead of 8 AM so that we could catch the light show at the Garden of Morning Calm (the lights are only turned on during sunset). He also gave excellent tips and routes on how to maximize each destination. All in all, I'm really pleased! Thank you :)

This tour is worth recommending. Everything was so fun, and strawberry picking was a nice experience. Strawberries in winter, especially in Korea, are really nice, big, and sweet. Eobi Ice Valley was also amazing. The Gangchon Rail Bike was excellent, especially during winter with a nice view, and the snowing was a nice experience. Our tour guide, Miao, is a top-notch tour leader. She’s so bubbly, friendly, helpful, and informative.

Our tour guide, Miao, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She provided explanations in both Chinese and English, which was convenient for different travelers. First, we went strawberry picking; the strawberries were very sweet, large, and delicious. Then, we visited the Ice Valley, which was quite cold, but the parking was very close, so we could take photos right after getting off the car. After the Ice Valley, we had the famous braised chicken, which was highly recommended by our guide and tasted excellent. Afterward, there was a coffee shop nearby where we could buy coffee and ice cream. Then, we went cycling. Although it was cold, the scenery was beautiful, and we were very happy to encounter light snowfall. Finally, we took a 15-minute ride to Nami Island. The scenery was stunning, and we took many photos. We were also very happy that the guide helped us buy souvenirs and provided clear explanations without disturbing our free time. The driver also made sure to reserve convenient pick-up and drop-off spots. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the entire trip!

Our Guide, Ms. Hwa (Hwa Jie), can speak both English & Chinese. She is very friendly, funny, & engaging. Our tour consisted of Eobi Ice Valley, Strawberries picking, & Snow Sledding. Due to weather changes, there was last minute change to snow sledding venue but Ms. Hwa explained clearly & managed our expectations by informing us of alternative location change. We still had our fair share of fun nonetheless! Eobi Ice Valley was honestly not as mesmerising as the photos sample but Ms. Hwa said it was also due to a ‘warmer winter’ this year so some of the ice melted. The strawberries picking experience was our family’s favourite activity of the day. The picking experience is fun for my 7yo child (& for myself too)! The strawberries are also very sweet & juicy. Each person gets to pick 1 box of strawberries to bring back. We washed & consumed 1 box of strawberries on the spot at the farm because the smell is so enticing. Overall, a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Klook was seamless from booking to the end of the day. Our guide, Hwa, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, making the experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a memorable travel experience.

The itinerary was really fun, and we felt like we had enough time for each activity. We were a smaller group (8 people, so it was just a van), which made it easier to manage and not too overwhelming. However, we didn't really have a guide (it was only the driver), and he only knew a bit of English. Thankfully, our friend knew how to speak Korean, so they could communicate. Also, for the strawberry jam-making, my friends and I thought we would have our own pans, but we shared and made it in one (we wished we could do it on our own), but it was still a lot of fun! For the lighting festival in the Garden of Morning Calm, I wish we had an extra 15 minutes so we could see it at night, as there was still a bit of sun when we were there. OVERALL, I would still highly recommend this package 🫶🏼

It was snowing on the day of the tour, which made the overall experience more magical. The strawberries were juicy and tasty, Eobi Valley was so beautiful, and sledding was enjoyable. Lots of snow, so we had fun throwing snowballs at each other too! Shout out to our tour guide Hwa, who was a pro and took care of us very well!
