The hair salon is easily accessible and noticeable. As a foreigner entering the shop, I was greeted by the receptionist in Korean. However, this did not prevent them from communicating with me. I was impressed by their patience and understanding. Luckily, I spoke a bit of Korean, so I was able to converse with them using a mix of English and Korean. As it was my first time visiting a hair salon in South Korea, I can say that their service, including wash, cut, style, and makeup, was incredible and exceptional. As a fan of K-pop and K-drama myself, I could definitely tell that their service is top-tier. I could actually see the effect of the Korean makeup style and hair styling on me. I felt somewhat Korean, as I don't usually wear makeup daily. Thanks to the staff for the high-quality service, and I would not hesitate to come back next time I visit Seoul!

I love this experience! They provided makeup and tools for the workshop. You can ask for help, and sometimes they assist people individually. The explanation was good, and the experience was much cheaper than one-on-one makeup tutorial sessions elsewhere. Plus, they give out free products afterward (I received a full-size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and an eyeshadow palette that matched my eyes based on the workshop). There's a free photo booth with two prints afterward. They also gave a 20% discount for shopping afterward. Worth it!

Rolling Jay에서 정말 즐거웠어요! 위치는 정말 넓고 찾기 쉬웠고, 자연광이 풍부하며 직원분들도 매우 친절했어요. 메이크업에는 속눈썹을 많이, 헤어에는 볼륨을 넣어달라는 몇 가지 요청을 가지고 갔는데, 두 가지 모두 훌륭하게 해주셨다고 생각해요. 제이 원장님과 함께 작업했는데, 정말 멋지고 제 머리카락(제 생각에는 꽤 약한 편이에요)을 매우 부드럽게 다뤄주셨어요. 메이크업은 채드 원님과 함께 했는데, 정말 아름답게 해주셨어요. 좀 더 자연스러운 스타일로 했는데, 저 같으면서도 더 나아 보이고 훨씬 편안해 보이는 것 같아요. 입술과 볼에 제가 한 번도 시도해 본 적 없는 색상을 사용했는데, 결과가 정말 마음에 들었어요. 베이스 메이크업과 샴푸를 해주신 서포트 팀도 훌륭했고 매우 꼼꼼했어요. 다음에 서울에 오면 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요. 오늘은 그냥 재미로 해봤지만, 특별한 날이나 사진 촬영을 위해 준비하고 싶다면 완벽한 장소예요. 프런트 데스크 팀도 정말 친절했어요! 사진도 잘 찍어주시고 제 휴대폰도 충전해 주셨어요.

I visited artir&arz for a haircut and styling, and I was really impressed. The salon just opened recently, so everything feels very clean, modern, and fresh. The space also feels private and independent, which made the experience even more comfortable. I brought a photo of a celebrity hairstyle I wanted, and the stylist matched it perfectly — it turned out exactly as I hoped! I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend this place.
