My hairstylist was so pretty and did a great job at cutting my hair! The guy washing my hair missed a spot lol but my hair stylist personally rewashed my hair and I would totally go back to get my hair cut by here again!

This is my second head spa experience in Seoul, and it's still incredibly relaxing. The stylist's technique was excellent, and I'm very satisfied. I plan to go again next time. Highly recommended!

They did the scalp scanning before, but not after, so what's the point if we can't check if there's any improvement? They performed some steps and advised me to combine it with one more 3-step treatment to deeply care for my bleached hair. However, I went with my friend who only had the 8-step head spa, and she finished just 10 minutes before me. How could such a deep treatment be so fast? I didn't receive any shoulder relaxing care, which should have been the second step. All the steps of the head spa were confusing and not in the correct order, even for my friend who only had the 8-step one. She had three different stylists who took turns caring for her, each with different techniques, which was confusing and uncomfortable. Anyway, the service was pretty relaxing, but not to the point where I would recommend it.
