It was fun sailing with Bali Hai. The cruise set along with a nice sunset view. Later had some good dinner. It was a calm and soothing experience.

I had a great experience on the ship. I believe that despite the small mishap at the end, the crew was able to assist us in resolving the issue. The food was cold, so perhaps find another way to serve the meal warm before people start to eat. The performances were great; even though the weather was not good, they still made it work.

Service: Thanks to the incredibly kind staff, we had a fulfilling and fun day. The boat wasn't very big, so the space was a bit cramped, but we enjoyed the cool sea breeze and scenery from the upper deck during our journey. We also had snacks, drinks, meals, tours, beach club access, and water sports at a great value throughout the day. The snorkeling equipment was a bit old, but we just went with it.

¡Fue genial! Estuvo bien ejecutado y planeado. Mientras hacíamos las actividades, se nos unió un grupo de otras personas que estaban en otro barco, así que se llenó un poco. Por lo demás, estar en el Aristocrat fue bastante relajante. ¡El personal también fue excelente! Súper amables y serviciales. Aproveché la oportunidad para hacer una inmersión de ocio también, pero la profundidad máxima era de 10m.

At the first meeting, I was surprised when the driver came to pick me up while I was eating breakfast because I hadn't received information from Klook about what time he would arrive. I was very flustered because the pickup time wasn't exact..ㅠㅠ I rushed to get ready, and perhaps because of the rain forecast, there were only two teams, including ours! Actually, it was even better. It felt like an unintentional private tour..? There was also a simple breakfast available, and the crew members were kind during the trip, and the music was good! The travel time was to Lembongan, so if you get seasick, put something behind your ears! And take it with you, haha. Once we arrived at the island, words aren't necessary! Honestly, I was a bit worried... but there was absolutely no need! The facilities are well-maintained and clean!! The submarine ride, snorkeling (our guide, Hwang Ha-neul, who spoke Korean! I don't know his Indonesian name, but he had a Korean name), banana boat, kayaking, and the island tour were all great. Perhaps because we played in the water, the food was also delicious! They sang songs while we ate, which was so good and exciting!!

The tour was a full day, perfectly on schedule. There was no mention of the entrance fee for Komodo National Park, which caused everyone trouble when paying. I wanted to bring less cash, so I was in a bind because I didn't have enough. Other than that, the guides were very helpful, and I was able to enjoy the tour safely and securely.

There weren't many reviews for this tour, so I was initially unsure if it would be good or bad, but after completing it, I can say it was a very worthwhile experience 👍. The driver took us from the hotel to the pier, about a 40-minute drive, then we took a boat to Bat Island. The sunset was incredibly beautiful! 🦇 The moment the bats flew out was truly stunning! You can also go to the top deck of the boat to enjoy an unobstructed view 😆, but not wearing a life jacket was a bit scary. Also, when getting on and off the boat, the height was quite high, so you had to jump or use a floating buoy to disembark 😂. I suggest improving this aspect for better safety.

It was such a lovely experience with Hanafy! He was firstly warm and welcoming! The boat ride was shaded so that was a plus…reached the Dock and walked up through the woods along the beach to the cave!! The cave was quaint and super calm. Easy to swim in and super aesthetic too! From there we went off to find the sandbar which was forming as we reached! We were right in the middle of the ocean on solid ground with water on all side! crazy experience!! loved every bit of it
