I've stayed at this hotel for a long time, and this is my first time booking through this platform. The booking process is similar to other common booking websites, just as easy to use, and you can also make inquiries, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also included.

Nice hotel for a quick stay. The room was small for two people, but it was doable.

The location is convenient, with a convenience store, supermarket, and metro station all within walking distance. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, daily room cleaning, and the rooms are spacious.

Convenient transportation: Close to Oedo Line A8 Exit, with JR Ueno-Okachimachi Station, Ginza Line Ueno-Hirokoji, and Hibiya Line nearby. Taiwanese staff available for Chinese communication.

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is super convenient, only a 5-minute walk from JR Ueno Station. Service: Whether you arrive early or check out, you can store your luggage in the lobby, which is super convenient. The lobby staff are friendly and speak both Chinese and English. Cleanliness & Room: Rooms in Tokyo are typically small; you'll definitely need to slide your suitcase under the bed, otherwise there's no aisle. However, the bed was comfortable and didn't cause any itching. Other: The 1st-floor lobby provides coffee and tea 24/7, and most importantly, hot water! You can make instant noodles for a late-night snack. One day it rained, and the hotel even provided free umbrellas!

The hotel is a 4-minute walk from Asakusabashi subway station. There are many restaurants near the station and in the alleys, so you don't have to worry about being hungry if you arrive late. The hotel reception staff are very friendly, always smiling, and very kind. Children staying at the hotel also receive a special bag of amenities. If you extend your stay and don't require cleaning, you can get a free bottle of mineral water. The hotel also provides a water dispenser. The room is not large but satisfactory; two 28-inch suitcases can be opened. The bed is very comfortable, and the TV has YouTube. I am very satisfied with the room rate and service, and I will stay here again if I have the chance!

Hotel location: Located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to Bakurochō Station. Akihabara Electric Town is a 15-minute walk away. Nice, and room size is perfect for couples. Service: Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness: Excellent Breakfast: Light and simple. Enough to start your day. Unlimited beverages.

The location is excellent, just two blocks from Ueno-Okachimachi and right next to Hirokoji. Ueno Station is a five-minute walk away, making it convenient for airport access or Shinkansen travel! Although the room is small, it's very clean, and the soundproofing is good. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. There are vending machines, washing machines, and a smoking area. Overall, it's highly recommended! There are no major drawbacks to complain about!
