super insightful experience as a major lover of red miso. the package is worth it if you find the shirt and apron useful! but for me i would have rather just the miso and meal. regardless, it was a super hearty and yummy meal 🥰

Our guide (Tom) was very welcoming and engaging throughout the entire tour. Tom's way of delivering information, combined with his sense of humor, made for a memorable and fun experience. He also gave great suggestions for places to visit during the rest of our stay in Japan.

I went on 11/12 before the mountain closed for the season. There were already very few maple leaves, and there was snow on the mountain. The temperature was low, but walking kept me warm enough, though my hands were very cold and icy. This time, I chose to walk to Myojin Pond. I got off at the bus stop and started walking. I began at Kappa Bridge at 12 PM and returned to Kappa Bridge around 2:30 PM, with the bus departing at 3:10 PM. The wait to take photos at Myojin Pond wasn't very long. If there are too many people queuing, you'll need to decide if it's worth waiting. We walked at a fairly brisk pace; it wasn't a leisurely stroll, but we weren't rushing either.🤣🤣

We happened to encounter the first snow two days before heading to Kamikochi, and the scenery along the hiking trail from Taisho Pond to Myojin Pond was breathtaking! The guide and driver were enthusiastic and responsible!

The scenery is incredibly beautiful, and being there in person is truly breathtaking! I'm so glad I came in November during autumn, as I got to experience both the first snow and the vibrant red leaves. Plus, the weather was fantastic that day, so the photos I took look like they're straight out of a painting or a movie, even without filters. I highly recommend visiting in autumn.

We had an amazing time in Kamikochi. We enjoyed the view and the tour guide was kind. This tour is highly recommendable.

Matsumoto castle and Kamikochi were both wonderful. The tour was really good. Pick up and drop off were smooth too.
