Tôi là một du khách Thái Lan, và tôi đã đi chuyến đi này cùng với hai người bạn của mình. Mặc dù đây là một chuyến du lịch theo nhóm lớn, mọi thứ đều được tổ chức rất tốt và chúng tôi không bao giờ cảm thấy khó chịu hay bất tiện chút nào. Hướng dẫn viên của chúng tôi, Tommy, rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và dễ gần. Anh ấy giải thích chi tiết về từng địa điểm chúng tôi ghé thăm một cách rõ ràng và kỹ lưỡng, mọi thứ đều dễ hiểu. Chuyến đi tuân thủ lịch trình rất tốt, đồng thời vẫn cho chúng tôi đủ thời gian ở mỗi điểm dừng để chụp ảnh, mua đồ ăn và mua sắm quà lưu niệm mà không cảm thấy vội vã. Nhìn chung, đó là một trải nghiệm thực sự thú vị. Despite it being Japan's Obon season on August 12th and the tour being almost fully booked, I, a solo participant, found the guide, Andy, and all the other tour members to be very kind. It was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable tour that flew by! It was very helpful that we could purchase necessary tickets and recommended drinks even during the tour. Yehliu has strong sunlight and is very hot, so heat protection is essential. Don't forget rain gear for sudden downpours! Jiufen was crowded (^^;; Special thanks to our guide, Andy; chatting with you was a truly unforgettable memory. I hope to see you again!

the shifen water fall is the best , i wish we could have just skipped the cats and spend more tome in shifen water falls but over all its good! the tour guide let me borrow the umbrella

Wonderful and well-organized tour! Yehliu, Yin & Yang Sea, Shifen, and Jiufen were all beautiful places to visit. Special thanks to our guide Kevin Chang for making the trip so enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful, and shared many interesting facts throughout the journey. Highly recommended, especially with guide Kevin Chang... If you want great photos & videos for social media, definitely choose KEVIN CHANG. He is very skilled at photography & videography and captured lot of of amazing photos & videos for us, He never tires of capturing amazing clicks and voluntarily took a lot of photos. Truly brilliant... Highly recommended...

We enjoyed our day trip to Shifen, Jiufen and the Taiwanese pineapple pastry shop. Our guide, Jeff, was okay, but the tour felt a little rushed and we would have liked more time at each place. The driver was very friendly and Jeff, took good care of us throughout the trip. Although the time was limited, we still enjoyed the experience overall. Thank you for taking care of us!

I booked Klook for a day tour in Taiwan’s famous tourist spots for my family. Our tour guide is Xiao-Hei and he was PERFECT!! He made sure that the tour experience was great even if there was rain. He took a lot of beautiful pictures and was very kind to us. He was very knowledgeable in every place we went to and even shared the history and facts for each place we went to. We had fun listening to Xiao-Hei because he knew everything about Taiwan and what are the best stores we can buy from. I want to thank Xiao-Hei for giving my family and I the best tour experience since we had first timers in the group. I was impressed by how he did the tour and will surely book klook again for our future travels. I will recommend this to my family and friends! Totally recommended if you are travelling with a big group of people and kids. Bubble was our tour guide and he provides a lot of information and historical references for us during the ride. He also recommended us the restaurants we can try for traditinal Taiwanese food when we were in Jifen, or else we would be lost. We had a great time and definitely recommend this for anyone who want to visit Jifen and Shifen.

He is kind, humorous, and incredibly resourceful, and he truly made our time in Taipei both enjoyable and memorable. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with excellent time management at each stop. We especially appreciated the relaxed pace, the scenic little walks, and the delightful surprises along the way. Jeffrey also helped us capture many wonderful moments—we took lots of photos, and he made sure we had great shots to remember the day by. The food in Jiufen was delicious, and the lantern activities were a highlight, creating lasting memories for all of us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
