El viaje en el barco fue maravilloso, acogedor, delicioso y divertido. Shera hizo un gran trabajo organizando todo y también interactuó con nosotros con concursos e información durante el recorrido. Las vistas por la noche fueron increíbles y recomiendo completamente esta actividad, especialmente con Shera al mando.

We had two great tour guides, but unfortunately we forgot their names. It was a great mixture of sightseeing with background information and the opportunity to drive around with some locals. We had a really nice talk with each other and, of course, learned something about the city and the buildings. We booked the night ride and we can recommend it. We started at Yoyogi Park at the clock tower and had a nice ride through the city, passing through the most famous places like Shibuya and to the Tokyo Tower, etc. We ended at Tokyo Station. And the time was perfect. It began at 5:45 PM until 7:45 PM/8:00 PM. After that, we had enough time to have dinner. Our guides told us that the evening tour is less booked, so it often happens that there are not many people in your group. We were two people, so we had kind of a private tour, which was really nice. Maybe the owners can write the names of the two guides, because they did a really good job. We had our evening tour on September 27th, 2025.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! If you’re a fan of JDM culture, Fast & Furious, or just love cars, this experience is absolutely worth it. It doesn’t feel like a typical tourist tour—you really become part of the local car community. Seeing legendary cars, meeting passionate owners, driving through Tokyo at night, and visiting Daikoku PA created memories we’ll never forget. A special thank you to our driver, Timi. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the very beginning. She made us feel comfortable, shared interesting stories, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her passion for JDM culture really shows, and it made the night feel authentic and special. Thank you, Timi, and the whole Gaijin Tuned team for an unforgettable evening. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Brendan was really great! I saw his tour yesterday, and I’m at the Edo-Tokyo Museum today and so much makes more sense after having done his tour of the Imperial Palace. The explanations in the museum are a bit dry and dense with facts, and I don’t have a lot of connection to annecdotes which help me remember what happened and why. Brendan’s tour really helped fill in some of that for me, and provided me a much better context. I’d recommend to anyone — do his tour first, before the museum, for greater understanding!

Arigato to our guide, Toshi! We took a Mercedes C180 all the way to APit, Shibuya, and also Tokyo Tower. My dad personally picked this tour as it offers hotel pickup, unlike other tours, which saves you the hassle of going to locations that may be far from you. In the end, it was an enjoyable experience and very worth the money.

The fireworks display experience this time truly exceeded expectations; the fireworks designs were so unique, making it incredibly romantic and unforgettable! And the entire trip was so perfect, all thanks to our tour guide, Ashley! Her professionalism and attentiveness truly deserve high praise! Firstly, she is proficient in four languages, and on the tour bus, she clearly explained all safety precautions, itinerary details, and methods to prevent us from getting lost in different languages, allowing travelers from various backgrounds to fully grasp the information and feel at ease. Secondly, Guide Ashley clearly did a lot of preparation beforehand, being extremely familiar with the local routes and activity procedures. Not only was the outbound journey smooth, but the timing of the return trip was even more excellent, perfectly avoiding crowds and traffic jams, allowing us to end the trip with a relaxed and pleasant mood. Throughout the entire journey, she never forgot to meticulously care for everyone, constantly reminding us to watch out for vehicles on the road and where to stand for greater safety. This level of thoughtfulness is truly rare. In contrast, another accompanying guide seemed a bit unfamiliar with the terrain and arrangements, which made me appreciate Ashley's diligence and reliability even more. If I had to suggest a small area for improvement, it would be to hope that the parking location could be closer to the venue in the future, reducing the amount of walking. However, overall, this was definitely a perfect experience!

The tour guide was organized and clear in his instructions. He gave some tips, suggestions, and recommended trails on how to spend the time given for the places visited. We were given 80 minutes to explore the Hakone Jinja area. The time given was just right if you do not wait in line for the famous photo spot. Atami fireworks were phenomenal. We were given about 3 hours to have our dinner, shop at the Atami Ginza shopping street, and watch the fireworks. A great day in Hakone & Atami indeed!

A well-managed 1-day tour to Mt. Fuji. Ayumi and Emico were amazing. The weather was so clear that we could see Mt. Fuji on February 16th. The trip included a ski experience, a one-way cable car ride, a one-way cruise, and a shopping stop.
