I had an amazing experience! They have a wide range of kimono costumes with beautiful colors and designs. The staff were super helpful and friendly, offering great suggestions and taking care of all our needs. It was a big plus for me that the rental shop is located within Shinjuku Garden, so I didn't have to go elsewhere to rent and return the kimono. The shop itself was lovely, with a nice scent and soothing music 😊

Our sensei Ryo-san was absolutely fantastic. He led both a very informative as well as fun Samurai experience. I sadly wasn't able to join the museum tour as I needed to go to the airport, but I have done it at the Kyoto museum and know how much I would have enjoyed it once more.

J'ai vécu une expérience incroyable en louant un kimono à Tokyo ! La sélection de kimonos était fantastique, avec tellement de beaux motifs à choisir. La coiffure était parfaite et a vraiment complété le look. Ce qui a vraiment rendu la journée spéciale, c'est le photographe – un véritable artiste qui connaissait tous les meilleurs endroits pour les photos, capturant chaque instant à la perfection. Le seul inconvénient était le maquillage ; il m'a donné l'impression d'avoir le teint un peu terne. Cependant, malgré cela, je recommanderais sans hésiter cette expérience à quiconque souhaite s'immerger dans la culture japonaise et obtenir de superbes photos !

My mother really wanted to try on a kimono, so we made a reservation and experienced it during this trip to Tokyo. We went early in the morning, and there was a wide variety of kimonos. My mother was very satisfied because they recommended options that perfectly matched her preferences. I was even more grateful that they made an effort to understand us despite the language barrier. I didn't try it this time, but I definitely want to if I visit Japan again!

The owner was very enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations. The entire process of wearing the samurai armor and taking photos was very enjoyable, making it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend everyone to participate.

This place is hidden but it was worth it! I had so much fun and the fact that it was an hour rental was perfect!

What an awesome and exciting experience to do the Osaka Kimono. All employees are nice and they helped me and my husband to choose kimono. The photographer is so sweet and had a lot of patience with us. When we got done, the employees from the rental place had gifts for us. I highly recommend to have it done on your visit to Japan…especially if it is your first time.

Very close to the main attraction, a 10-minute walk after completing the attire. Many eateries nearby. It took about 30 minutes or less as we were among the first 10 customers for the 9:30 AM slot.
