After collecting your tickets on the first floor, you can take the elevator directly upstairs, which is convenient and fast. It's a pity it wasn't snowing when I arrived.

The Lucky Pierrot burger joint next door was packed, so be prepared for a wait. It's a one-time visit kind of place, with more foreigners (Europeans and Americans) and then Koreans. Amitabha.

It was easy to redeem our tickets with the QR code from Klook; just take note that you do not need to print out the voucher as it claims. Although the queue for the lift is long, it moves pretty quickly. We stayed for about 1.5h for the 2 floors of observatory and retail before leaving.
