We contacted the travel agency via WhatsApp two days before the trip, and received our train tickets and itinerary one day before departure. On the day of the trip, the guide arrived punctually at 3:30 AM at the hotel entrance to pick us up and take us to the train station. Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, the hostel receptionist was already waiting for us and led us to the hostel to rest. The rest of the day was free time, allowing us to explore Aguas Calientes, have lunch, and buy souvenirs! The next morning, before dawn, the receptionist had already prepared a simple breakfast for us. Our guide, Stiven, arrived punctually at the hostel to pick us and other group members up for the bus ride up the mountain. The scenery along the way was absolutely beautiful! We were very lucky with the weather; it was excellent, and we had a very clear view as soon as we reached the mountain. Our guide, Stiven, was very knowledgeable, providing excellent explanations in both Spanish and English, and gave us ample time to take photos. The tour concluded at noon, leaving us a few hours to have lunch before returning to the hostel to collect our luggage and depart from Aguas Calientes. This tour offered excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

Choosing this guide for our Machu Picchu trip was an excellent decision. First, the service provided for the price was incredibly comprehensive, and I was surprised by the great value for money. The lunch on the first day was delicious, and the guide's explanations were very thorough, allowing us to explore the ruins with a deep understanding of their historical background. It was a truly satisfying experience from an educational perspective. What was particularly wonderful was how much time they dedicated to showing us around, letting us take our time until we were fully satisfied. Unlike group tours, we never felt rushed and could enjoy the scenery to our heart's content. I am also truly grateful for their dedicated support throughout the tour; when I left something behind, they helped me search for it diligently without a hint of displeasure. During the trek, they took many photos for us at scenic spots and kept the atmosphere lively, making the walking itself enjoyable with thoughtful touches everywhere. They were constantly by our side from beginning to end, and thanks to this guide, it became a wonderful, lifelong memorable trip.

The trip from Cusco to Rainbow Mountain is quite bumpy, but it's a breathtaking spot to visit. The guide is friendly and bilingual. Overall, it's an awesome experience.

This itinerary is highly recommended. We visited two historical sites in two days and one night. The handicraft market itself was a bit like the stalls outside tourist attractions, but the transportation for the entire tour was very well arranged. Even though the train was significantly delayed, they patiently waited to take us home. We felt safe and comfortable at every stop. Highly recommended! However, I personally suggest allowing for some free time to rest on the days before and after, as the itinerary is quite packed and the travel can be tiring.

Due to a drill on that day, the flight couldn't take off on time. The vendor didn't inform me in advance, which almost made me miss the shuttle bus to the airport after the event. Before boarding the paraglider, I waited with unease and questions, which really detracted from the overall experience 😅. The flight itself was smooth, and the GoPro recording was clear.

Cusco'da şiddetle tavsiye edilen kültürel bir tur. Paranın karşılığını veriyor ve tur rehberi mükemmeldi; çok bilgiliydi ve özellikle İnka tarihi ve kültürü hakkında her durakta ayrıntılı açıklamalar yaptı. Her şey iyi açıklandı ve anlaşılması kolaydı. Geziden sonra Cusco hakkında daha da fazla şey öğrenmeye ilgi duydum. Kesinlikle değerli bir deneyim.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. El chef Joseph, el sous chef JJ y la miembro del personal Anita hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera memorable. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta actividad. Joseph y JJ nos mantuvieron entretenidos en todo momento, compartiendo también información sobre Perú. Su conocimiento sobre la India fue encomiable. Fue una experiencia muy divertida.

Este fue un viaje muy sorprendente (para bien). Fue excelente en todos los sentidos... el servicio de comida y los puntos de parada... todo transcurrió sin problemas y bien desde la recogida en el hotel hasta el regreso... la familia lo disfrutó mucho... muchas gracias por todo

Me encantó toda la experiencia, desde la recogida en nuestro hotel, el viaje en el tren Perurail, hasta ver Machu Picchu en la vida real. Volveré a reservar con este tour en el futuro si tengo la oportunidad.

The guided tour offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. Within 12 hours, it curated several highly worthwhile attractions, and we took many beautiful photos. We were very lucky to have great weather, and the natural scenery was stunning. Our guide, Wilan, provided concise and accurate explanations and proactively helped us take pictures. Lunch was a very rich buffet, and if you don't mind the cold, you can sit on the balcony for a beautiful view.

The tour was very challenging but the view was all worth it. Miguel was very helpful. Thank you.

Lo único negativo que tengo que decir es que me hubiera gustado que la empresa se comunicara conmigo al menos 24 horas antes, en lugar de 12 horas. Por lo demás, el recorrido por el mercado es breve e informativo. La mayor parte del tiempo se pasa en la cocina Haku, si no en el tráfico. El guía turístico Stefano hace un buen trabajo traduciendo al Chef Marcos para la experiencia en la cocina. Pude probar una degustación de patatas, así como una degustación de frutas exóticas. El aperitivo que hice fue causa y el plato principal fue lomo saltado. Es una experiencia muy práctica y se mantiene en grupos pequeños, el mío era de 5 personas. Recomendaría encarecidamente esta experiencia a otros para su primera vez en Lima.
