Choosing this guide for our Machu Picchu trip was an excellent decision. First, the service provided for the price was incredibly comprehensive, and I was surprised by the great value for money. The lunch on the first day was delicious, and the guide's explanations were very thorough, allowing us to explore the ruins with a deep understanding of their historical background. It was a truly satisfying experience from an educational perspective. What was particularly wonderful was how much time they dedicated to showing us around, letting us take our time until we were fully satisfied. Unlike group tours, we never felt rushed and could enjoy the scenery to our heart's content. I am also truly grateful for their dedicated support throughout the tour; when I left something behind, they helped me search for it diligently without a hint of displeasure. During the trek, they took many photos for us at scenic spots and kept the atmosphere lively, making the walking itself enjoyable with thoughtful touches everywhere. They were constantly by our side from beginning to end, and thanks to this guide, it became a wonderful, lifelong memorable trip.

If the guide determined the route was dangerous due to rain or other factors, they would suggest a safe alternative. I also felt reassured by their constant communication and support when a rockfall caused by rain prevented us from reaching our destination. The Machu Picchu guide also showed us photo spots and took many great pictures for us. The explanations were easy to understand, and they patiently answered all our questions. This tour deserves more than 5 stars. I'm so glad I chose this tour.

We were taken care of by a kind and very friendly team who went out of their way to make sure everything went well. We would have liked to spend a little more time (30 minutes more) at Machu Picchu to admire the site without a guide. The return journey by car to Cusco was a bit long (11 hours) due to traffic and road hazards. A big thank you to the team.

I absolutely loved the Machu Picchu trip! We took a bus from Cusco for about 6 hours, then hiked 10 kilometers to Aguas Calientes. On the way back, we paid for a train ride, which was a great experience. Our tour leader, Jose, was wonderful; he took great care of the group and was very thoughtful. He's a really good person.

After the car stopped at the power station, no one told us what to do. We were confused because the people in the car were not part of our group; they were just sharing the ride. We only had 20 minutes for lunch before starting our hike. Along the way, the person in charge asked for our location, but the network signal was poor. Why weren't we told the arrival time when we got off the car? We only started getting clear instructions when we saw our guide in Aguas Calientes. Our guide, Stiven, was excellent. He picked us up and dropped us off on time, explained everything clearly and in detail at Machu Picchu, and even proactively helped us take many photos. We are truly grateful to him! If it weren't for such a good guide, this trip would not have been worth it. The guide saved the entire itinerary.
