Our Tour Guide Jerry was punctual with good vibes throughout our tour. Although I'm the only one who speaks English and most of the joiners were Chinese, he also explained in English so that I will be able to understand and makes sure that all is good. I had a so much fun and enjoyed the tour. He's also willing to take a picture and video on you. So going as solo joiner would not be difficulty ❤️ Highly recommended for Tourguide Jerry's service! Thank you.

Ian, nuestro guía turístico, fue muy informativo, genial y complaciente. Siempre se asegura de que no te sientas solo en el grupo. Te hará sentir que perteneces. Constantemente nos daba la historia del lugar. Este tour DEBE estar en tu lista de tours. Alejarse de la ciudad y sentir el clima fresco. El Monte Kota era impresionante. El puente colgante fue genial y también la Granja Lechera Desa. Queríamos ir a la cafetería en la Granja Desa pero no tuvimos mucho tiempo.

This was a tour where we could fully enjoy the nature around Mount Kinabalu. I was worried about whether we would see a Rafflesia, but fortunately, during the tour, we received information that there was a place where two Rafflesia flowers were blooming, and our guide took us there. We were able to see both beautifully blooming ones and those that were starting to wither, and we learned a lot about their growth process. After lunch, I felt unwell, suspected of heatstroke, and couldn't participate in the afternoon activities, but the guide and driver let me rest in the car. Thank you very much.

Really great experience with Mr Jeff. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Being on a private tour already made a big difference, but riding in his 4x4 was a nice bonus especially on the uneven roads.
He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and knows his stuff. He shared about the local culture and history, which made the trip more interesting. We also had some good chats about world politics and current events, which made the whole experience feel more personal.
The pace was comfortable, not rushed at all, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop properly. Overall, a very pleasant and well-run tour. Would definitely recommend Mr Jeff. Thank you!!!

The planned trip was good with the right places to visit. it was relaxing and the journey was enjoyable. our guide Alvin is knowledge, patience and friendly. we had an additional experience during the trip.

We participated in the company trip with 8 people. We were the only Japanese, and most of the other tourists on Mantanani Island were Chinese. Our guide, Xiao Zhong, was particularly excellent. We were initially concerned because the tour was primarily in Chinese and English, but he used a translation device to explain everything to us. The snorkeling, proboscis monkeys, and fireflies were wonderful. Although we had to wait for over 30 minutes due to a sudden downpour, it was an amazing experience overall.

Five-star experience! Five-star journey! A perfect trip! Our tour guide, Sue, contacted us via WhatsApp the night before and was incredibly patient in answering all our questions. Throughout the trip, she helped us take photos without any hesitation. There were some group members with very high photography demands, and Sue patiently assisted them as well. It's worth noting that our group was combined with several others, but all the guides knew each other, creating a fantastic atmosphere. One guide constantly played music through a large speaker, setting a lively mood and even matching themes, like playing Jay Chou's "Rice Field" when we were watching fireflies! Truly amazing! Be aware that the local mosquitoes are very aggressive and are not deterred by mosquito repellent or water, so this is something to watch out for. The sunset there is stunning! We had plenty of time for free activities and taking photos. My first snorkeling experience was also breathtaking. The only downside was that some people in the group might have been afraid of water, so we had to accommodate them and couldn't visit more spots, ending up spending about an hour at one location. You can rent a locker on the island for HKD$60, but it's actually not necessary; no one will steal your belongings on a deserted island… Watching the fireflies will definitely be an unforgettable experience! Photos can't capture the震撼 (shocking beauty); you'll understand once you go! P.S. The meeting time on that day was 7 AM! So we had to get up very early, but it was worth it.

The tour guide was fantastic! Because there was less rain, it wasn't as thrilling, but the guide arranged for us to go rafting, try cliff jumping, and play stone skipping games. The entire trip was very thoughtfully planned, communication was excellent, and it's definitely worth participating!

Steve is such a great guide where he explained everything in detailed. However, for the dinner food maybe can improve on that part. Overall, the trip is nice and we all had fun.
