the driver was helpful with our luggages, lucky there was only 10 of us so all out 12 luggages can fit. the transport was smooth and clean. he even turned on our music request on youtube .can book them again from Bandung to Jakarta city centre next time and skip the train!

Faisal is great! accommodating and great at recommending places to go and things to do. we had a productive half day tour with Faisal going to Monas, Old town, Chinatown and then to Ashta District 8 for dinner and back to the hotel.

Since there was no Lexi, I received a Vario. I had to pay the hotel delivery fee separately. The car's condition was decent, but the phone holder was loose, causing my phone to constantly fall down. It was great that the delivery arrived on time. The helmet has a bit of an odor. It would be good to prepare your own.

Comfortable 8-seater shuttle van service with assigned seats, and a pick-up and drop-off along the way. Left at 9am+ from Z Trans Taman Sari Bandung to Z Trans Jakarta Menteng, and the journey was about 2 hours. There wasn’t much jam, and it was a smooth ride throughout. Totally recommend if you want to save some money compared to taking the Whoosh!
