The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to Umi Jigoku, seeing Mount Yufu on the way to Yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good at explaining and very helpful. She helped me take pictures since I am a solo traveler.

The itinerary for this trip was: departing from Tenjin city center -> Itoshima Hana Salt Pudding -> Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) at Futamigaura -> Tsukamoto Seafood Restaurant -> Miyajidake Shrine -> Munakata Shrine. The driver was very thoughtful! His service attitude was very friendly! He also recommended a delicious seafood restaurant, and my family all thought it was very good 👍🏽 The car was clean and tidy, and the entire journey was very smooth and perfect 💯

We joined this tour and chose to take the Yufuin no Mori train back to Hakata, saving us the hassle of booking tickets in advance. The Yufuin no Mori departs at 5:15 PM, which gave us over an hour more time compared to the group bus departure, which was great! Our tour guide, Ada, was very kind. She explained the itinerary and collected money for tickets after we boarded. At Kyushu African Safari, she quickly helped us purchase tickets. Although we couldn't take the jungle bus (it was sold out), watching the wild animal area from the tour bus allowed us to take clearer photos and see more. The entire day's itinerary was very fulfilling; it was a wonderful day trip!

This tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

That time my family could not have a fixed plan until the night of April 26th. So I made a booking at 1 AM on April 27th, when I was already too sleepy, and the tour we wanted to go on was already full until May 8th, while I wanted to arrange a tour for April 28th. Then I had to change to another tour on a different day, April 29th. I still woke up very early on April 28th because in my mind it was April 28th. But on a bad day, I still got lucky because I met a very nice tour guide - Ada. She helped me until my family and I could get a seat on the bus. Without her, I don't know if I could have done anything to rearrange my plan. Shoutout to Ada 👏🏻 Then I met another nice girl sitting next to me on a tour bus. She is from Hong Kong and wanted to take a picture with me.

It was a lucky day; it only started raining after our itinerary concluded. Since we bought tickets too late and couldn't get on the Yufuin no Mori train, we switched to a zoo trip instead! To our surprise, the zoo was a real delight. Highly recommended, the experience was fantastic, and Tour Guide Zhuo was excellent.

The schedule, consisting of Hell Hot Springs, Yufuin, and African Safari, was packed with only the best attractions, leading to very high satisfaction. Among the tourist spots, the safari was particularly impressive. I can't quite recall the guide's name, but Ms. Tak Eun-ji's(?) detailed guidance was excellent, and the recommended must-try foods in Yufuin were incredibly delicious. Also, at the end of the trip, they recommended great restaurants and provided many useful tips, which I really appreciated.

This was my first time participating in a one-day tour, and I'm so glad our guide, Li Jing, assisted us on this trip. The entire itinerary was smooth and seamless. Throughout the journey, our guide diligently explained Japanese customs, traditions, and the origins of geographical names to the group. At the Blood Pond Hell, she took group photos for each family, explained the reason behind the red water, and pointed out the best photo spots. At the zoo, although we couldn't participate in the feeding activity because the feeding cart slots were full, our guide specially arranged seating so that every family could see the scenery on both sides of the zoo. The matcha-like Mount Yufu and the fairytale-like Yufuin village left a deep impression!

A huge thank you to both our tour guide, 卓燕志, and driver, 李. Their planning and coordination throughout the road trip were excellent. Despite the bad weather and heavy traffic, they managed the schedule very professionally and ensured we arrived at all destinations on time while avoiding major traffic congestion as much as possible. It was truly a fantastic and enjoyable tour experience from start to finish. We sincerely appreciate their dedication, experience, and outstanding service throughout the journey. 👏
