I have a night flight, so this is the best place to relax and it's next to Incheon Airport. I slept like a baby on the plane home :). I would do it again next time. The swim area is massive with a waterjet jacuzzi, hot bath, and then you can move to the spa area for a sauna, followed by lunch and a nap. Overall, I loved it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a fun day out! Had the best time on this tour! Super worth the money and packed with so many cool spots. Huge thanks to our guide, Suki—she was awesome! She speaks fluent English and Mandarin and shared so many fun facts throughout the day. Feeding the seagulls on the ferry was definitely a highlight! She was also smart enough to flip the schedule so we hit the Ganghwa Luge first thing in the morning, which saved us from the crowds and the midday heat. The bus was super comfy and the ride was really smooth too. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for an easy, fun day trip! Thanks for everything, Suki!

I was really glad I availed of this transportation service. Driver Wu was great. He bought the tickets for us and even accompanied the group to the top so he could assist with the translation of the attendants’ instructions/directions and even offered to take pictures without being asked. While it may be more expensive than using public transport, the ride was comfortable, and we saved a lot of time and energy, which allowed us to be back in Myeongdong early.

There’s a staff who can speak English to help check your booking then give you a tickets before proceeding to the rail bike operation staff. It takes less than an hour but it could be very tiring if only two people riding it especially for two ladies…yet, the view was nice n we went there in mid September so there was breeze…we started the ride at about 5pm so we can even see the sunset slowly

Our tour guide, Roger, was incredibly professional! He contacted us via WhatsApp the day before the activity to reconfirm the itinerary. Roger took many photos for us at different attractions, which we really appreciated 👍. Although the weather on the day of the tour was not as expected, with heavy rain preventing us from doing the luge as planned, Roger immediately changed the indoor itinerary. In the morning, we visited Inspire, which has a playhouse and casino, and both adults and children were very satisfied 👍. The rain stopped in the afternoon, and we successfully completed the seagull feeding and cycling activities. The biggest surprise was driving a private car directly onto the boat for feeding the seagulls! 🤩

Ren was a wonderful guide and driver. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from before the tour and during and even encouraged us to come back and again and to contact him when we are next in Seoul. Because the other tour group canceled, my friends and daughter got a private tour by default, so Ren picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off where we wanted to go at the end. The tour itself was so much fun and educational. We had the best time!!! The glass skywalk was scary (made me think of that glass game on Squid Games) but had amazing views. The cooking portion was interesting and sooooo very delicious. Ren actually went up and down the luge with us because he wanted to make sure that we were safe and had a good time. It was the perfect amount of spots to visit and time to get a good taste of what Seoul has to offer. We definitely want to come back and take some more tours, hopefully with Ren!!! Thank you!!

The private car experience this time was truly excellent, and the entire service process exceeded our expectations! First, a big thank you to Tiina, the contact person. From the initial inquiry and booking to confirming the itinerary before departure, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and responded very quickly. Whether it was our questions or details about the itinerary, she meticulously assisted and arranged everything, making us feel very reassured even before we set off. Even with some last-minute requests, she did her best to help, and we could feel that she genuinely wanted travelers to have the best possible travel experience. Driver Kim was also very punctual and friendly on the day, and his driving was smooth, making the entire journey very comfortable and the pick-up/drop-off process very smooth. We will definitely choose this company again for future private car needs!

It was fun feeding the seagulls! Even though it started raining halfway through the cruise, we had fun listening to the singing show! Very easy redemption via Klook, just show QR code and they’ll give you the physical voucher for boarding

We booked this tour because we had an early arrival and wanted to make full use of our first day. I missed seeing that this starts at 9 AM, so we waited a bit. Our guide, Gavin, arrived on time and was a very good guide. The tour is quite flexible (because we asked to go home once we could check in to rest and skipped one stop). He also recommended really good restaurants (we were specifically looking for ganjang gejang recommendations). We also liked that the tour for the Kimchi Museum has several tour guides specific to the nationalities of the guests.
