Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in einem Hotel im Zentrum von Luzern. Nah an allem, obwohl klein, war das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel mit eigenem Bad und Ventilator. Kann mich für den bezahlten Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Nähe nicht beschweren.

The hotel does not allow early check-in. Convenience of transportation: The location is quite far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, which would be very inconvenient with large luggage. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Service: Average.

thankful for the friendly reception staff. It is small but comfortable and clean. + microwave and an area with paper cups and wooden forks. +24 hours reception, free to store luggage after check out but need to pay before check-in. to bring your own toilteries as they do not provide complimentary toothpaste and tooth brush.

Absolut fantastisches Hotel. Die Lage, das Personal, die Annehmlichkeiten und vieles mehr waren einfach perfekt. Das Personal beantwortete jede meiner Fragen mit Leichtigkeit und war sehr hilfsbereit mit Empfehlungen und allem, was ich brauchte. Ein unglaublich toller Ort und ich werde zu 100% wieder dort übernachten, wann immer ich wieder in Luzern bin!

Hotel location: Right next to the train station, a two-minute walk away, close to Chapel Bridge, and surrounded by many restaurants. Cleanliness: Very good. Service: Luggage storage available, quick process, free bus pass provided (but not used).

The hotel is 10 minutes from the train station and easy to find with Google Maps. It turns out it's a joint venture with the Ambassador Hotel Luzern. In the hotel lobby, you can make your own tea or coffee. The breakfast seems small in scale, but it has all the basics, which is good.

The room was quite small and didn't have air conditioning. Since there was a heatwave, it was very hot, even though the hotel provided a fan. Overall, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It would have been much better if there had been air conditioning.
