Hotels in Lucerne

Hotel location: Right next to the train station, a two-minute walk away, and close to Charles Bridge. There are many restaurants nearby. Cleanliness: Very good. Service: Luggage storage is available, the process is quick, and free bus tickets are provided (though I didn't use them).

absolutely amazing hotel. the location, staff, amenities, and more were all so perfect. the staff answered every question i had with ease and was very helpful with recommendations and anything that i needed. amazing amazing amazing place and i will 100% stay there again whenever im back in Luzern!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and easy to find using Google Maps. It turns out it's a joint venture with the Ambassador Hotel Lucerne. In the hotel lobby, you can make your own tea or coffee. The breakfast selection seems small, but it has all the basics, which is nice.

Best value hotel in central lucerne. Close to everything, though small, the room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom and fan provided. Cant complain for the price paid relative to other nearby hotels.

The room was quite small and didn't have air conditioning. Since there was a heatwave, it was very hot, even though the hotel provided a fan. Overall, the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It would have been much better if there had been air conditioning.

Wonderful location with food and shopping all within the areas. The hotel had a small kitchenette which is very good.
