A very satisfying trip. The tour guide and driver were both very thoughtful in their arrangements. The itinerary included beautiful lavender fields, delicious lavender ice cream, and satisfying meals. Picking peaches was very interesting. The attractions were well-arranged and introduced. The car's air conditioning was strong, and it was new and clean.

We had an enjoyable day trip exploring the key highlights of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Field. As the various art installations are scattered across the area and not easily accessible, this tour is recommended for those who would like to visit the art field but do not drive. Our guide, Shima-san, was knowledgeable and personable. She not only shared her knowledge about the art installations, she also shared interesting anecdotes about Niigata.

Convenience of transportation: Very convenient, just two traffic lights from the station. Hotel location: City center. Breakfast: Acceptable. Cleanliness: Not cleaned on the second day. Cleaning fees would be extra, but it's fine if you clean it yourself. There's a pool available, but it's not a standard pool, so don't expect too much.

Experience one of the best high-altitude views on the Sea of Japan side (highly recommended): All hotel rooms are located on the upper floors, from the 22nd to the 29th, offering incredibly expansive views. Whether you're looking down at the Shinano River estuary during the day, gazing at the Sea of Japan and Sado Island in the distance, or admiring the dazzling city lights and beautiful sunset of Niigata after dark, you can easily enjoy these unparalleled visual delights from the comfort of your room. Free Observation Deck on the Top Floor: The hotel features a free observation room on the 31st floor, allowing you to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Niigata without having to purchase an additional ticket. This is a hidden gem and a major bonus for guests. Excellent Breakfast: The buffet breakfast combines Japanese and Western styles, offering a rich variety of dishes. You can also savor Niigata's famous and delicious Koshihikari rice and fresh local ingredients, and the made-to-order omelets are highly praised. Convenient Surroundings and Easy Access to Attractions: The hotel is adjacent to the Bandaijima Building and the Sado Kisen ferry terminal, making it extremely convenient if you plan to take a ferry to Sado Island. The "Bandaijima Fresh Fish Center (Pia Bandai)" is about a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy affordable and delicious local seafood.

The price is affordable, and it's right next to the station. At the front desk, you can help yourself to bath salts, candies, and sunscreen. The air conditioning was already on when I entered the room, which was a thoughtful touch. I recommend going early for breakfast, as the staff are slow to clear tables. There are two types of rice available for breakfast, along with curry sauce and raw egg. The breakfast was delicious.
