Since there's no SunnyHills counter at Songshan Airport, I chose home delivery. It arrived very punctually, even on a Saturday. The customer service email response was also very quick. I will repurchase next time.

Arrived on time, but I learned that airport pickups are apparently best for before departure because I ordered for arrival and had to walk all the way to the other side of the airport to pick it up. I'm thankful they boxed it with the other airport pickup I booked.

The collection counter is located at the side of the departure hall, facing row 19 of the check-in counters. It is well packed and the carton box can be checked in directly.

You should note that if you go to counter 12 and look in the opposite direction, you will see the mail counter. You just need to read out your order number to receive your cake. The packaging is very neat and careful.
