Sierra is so professional yet friendly, and the class is incredibly informative. This is my first time in Vietnam, and I'm so happy I booked this class. The cocktail recipe is delicious! Highly recommended!

This was a really interesting experience, and I actually loved that the space is quite private and conducive. The staff at Lacaph were all very hospitable and approachable! My host was Sierra, and I had a really fun time learning the basics of bartending. She was also very knowledgeable about what she was doing, and I could see her passion for spreading the love for Vietnamese coffee. I learned that the cocktail workshop isn't as popular as the coffee workshop, and I ended up being the only participant, but I actually liked it better this way. The workshop started off with a bit of self-introduction and an introduction to the drinks we were making. Before making each drink, she would introduce the ingredients and let me try them. I loved the fact that the ingredients, especially the alcohols used, are made in Vietnam, and the Lady Triệu gin was so good. What's even better is that the place was set up in a way that encourages participants to film their experience, and they even have a phone stand for whoever needs it. Shoutout to the pho cocktail – it sounds weird but turned out to be so good! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

I'm grateful I bravely ordered this cocktail experience class. Through mixology, you can better understand Vietnamese culture and food. Initially, I was worried about the all-English instruction, but the kind teacher Vi can guide you well.

It was a lot of fun, about an hour-long experience. We made two special cocktails, both with a very Vietnamese flavor. Highly recommended.

Ny was very attentive, even though I was the only student (accidentally had the whole place to myself, LOL). She seriously introduced the history of Vietnamese alcohol and coffee, and the cocktails tasted very unique.

El taller se desarrolló a tiempo. Mi anfitriona fue Sierra, quien fue encantadora, amable y profesional. Estaba solo yo, así que fue un tour privado individual. Aprendí mucho sobre el café de Vietnam, los ingredientes y las técnicas de preparación. Recomendaría hacer esto si tienes tiempo. No es algo imprescindible. No lo volvería a hacer. Tomé un café en su cafetería y lo recomiendo encarecidamente, muy sabroso.
