The Chinese-speaking tour guide was very humorous and also placed great importance on protecting the local ecosystem, explaining the activity rules very clearly!

The activity started at 3:30 PM. By 10 AM that morning, no one had confirmed the pick-up details, so I had to WhatsApp them myself. The hotel name was incorrect. Even after it was corrected, the driver still went to the wrong hotel, causing a 22-minute delay. When we arrived for refreshments, there were only six people in the entire group, one of whom was a child, followed by a large number of staff, women, and children! I was the last one to get food. The first round, I only took a small portion of fried noodles. When I finished and wanted more, the entire plate was already empty. When I tried to get a mini donut, a child reached out for it! Then we went to see monkeys, but only saw one proboscis monkey and three or four long-tailed macaques. After that, we didn't see anything else.

The first mountain bike experience was pretty good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the mangrove forest was quite pristine.

This tour is for Chinese people, and for them, it might be great. But if you want to see wildlife and experience a quiet river cruise, look elsewhere. First, everything was significantly delayed as we waited for the tour members to arrive. Then, we reached the river site and had to sit in a large hall for about an hour, listening to Chinese music. When the tour finally began, the music didn't stop, so all the wildlife was scared away as the boats raced through the river with shouting and so on. Any chance of seeing monkeys, birds, etc., was gone by then. Our guide, whom we didn't even know was our guide, spoke in Chinese, and my friend and I could only guess what was happening. It all ended with a meal that was fine, but we were tired after an unsatisfactory day and couldn't truly enjoy it. I would not recommend this tour if you want to see animals.

The transportation arrangements, including the meeting time and hotel pick-up, were communicated via messaging app a few hours before departure on the day of the trip. They were very punctual! However, the proboscis monkey tour was cancelled due to rain. Also because of the heavy rain, afternoon tea was served at 5 PM and dinner at 6 PM! After the heavy rain stopped, we boarded the boat to see the fireflies. The number of fireflies was not large; there were only a few dozen glowing spots on a few mangrove trees along the river, far fewer than what I saw in Kuala Lumpur! However, these fireflies were attracted by the boat's lights and flew close to the tourists, making them easy to catch and glow in one's hands.

The car pickup was late and the tour guide didn't answer the phone! On the return trip, there weren't enough seats and no communication was arranged! The transportation service was truly terrible! Needs improvement.
