Both ladies were lovely! I got my hair done which was included, my hair was naturally wavy so she didn’t have to do much but they did have a hair straightener and curling iron if needed. My hair took no more than 15 minutes. Good selection of Kimonons for women. My husband and his best friend also got kimonons, their selection was smaller than the women’s but that’s given. we have more design available to us. Great experience!

Their knowledge and expertise really showed throughout the experience. We felt well taken care of and had a wonderful time. With kimono rental available until evening, you'll have plenty of time to explore and take photos at nearby attractions such as Tsutenkaku Tower, shopping streets, Tennoji Park, and the Zoo.

The staff were polite and patient, and the kimonos were beautiful. They also meticulously helped my mother and me with our hairstyles. We could go to Shitennoji Temple nearby to take photos.

Although there was a language barrier, the staff were very patient and polite! The kimonos were beautiful~~ I'll definitely go back to this place to wear a beautiful kimono next time I visit Osaka.

The kimono rental service is provided by the hotel itself. The proprietress is very skilled, and the service includes the kimono and hairstyle, but not makeup. We recommend applying your makeup before coming to wear the kimono! You can ask the proprietress about the return time, which is usually around 9 PM!
