Everything was as I imagined. The staff were super friendly, spoke good English, and were absolutely professional. They were very welcoming and very understanding in catering to our personal needs for the massages.

I really enjoyed this experience. The therapist was very professional and attentive to details — getting tissues for me because she heard me sniffling a little bit while face down. The view from the spa was also absolutely gorgeous and calming.

It was very comfortable. I regret not allocating more time for the massage. I really wanted to extend it on the spot to enjoy it more.

Last year, I also visited for a trip and was very well taken care of, so I made a reservation again this year. The interior was incredibly cute, and being able to receive relaxation in such an enchanting space was absolutely wonderful. I could choose my favorite scent from four types of aromatherapy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the foot bath, aromatherapy massage, and shower from beginning to end. I would like to use this service again when I visit Thailand.

The hotel spa has a very Instagrammable aesthetic. The staff were excellent; I originally chose a Thai massage but then wanted to switch to an aromatherapy massage, and they allowed the change. I could even choose my own scent. However, aromatherapy massage might not be suitable for me, as I later developed a skin allergy 😂

The location is on the 28th floor of the convention center, offering great views, and above all, the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and their skills were top-notch! The interior was also breathtakingly beautiful, a location that made me involuntarily exclaim, "How cute~!" It was such a beautiful and delightful interior. If I ever have the chance to go to Thailand again, I definitely want to revisit! *｡･+(人*´∀`)+･｡*

Having a spa treatment on a high floor of a luxury hotel is truly a premium experience. The staff were very friendly, and after the massage, I was able to enjoy the beautiful Bangkok night view, which made up for not going to a sky bar.

The environment is great and very safe, and the masseuse is very dedicated and skilled! The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic and always smiling! It's worth visiting again.

The spa is conveniently located near the QSCC train station. The spa staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is compact but sufficient to provide a pleasant service.
