Avani Spa no Avani Sukhumvit em Bangkok

This is my second time enjoying a spa treatment at Avani Spa. The staff are polite and friendly. Last time, the scrub and essential oil treatment was excellent, and this time I chose the herbal harmony, which was also superb. The scent was fresh and clean, the technique was spot on, and the staff were attentive. It would be even better if there was a 120-minute option. Highly recommended!

Booking on Klook was very easy. The hotel spa room was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The staff were polite, and I had a 90-minute scrub and aromatherapy essential oil massage. The technique was excellent, very comfortable, and the price was not expensive. Compared to a well-known group brand I've used before, I think this place is even better.

I bought the 60-minute Gentle Rhythm Aroma Massage package. The staff first asked if there was any area I wanted the therapist to focus on. There were 4 options for the massage oil: Lavender, Thai Flowers (which I was told was actually a mix of flowers), Mint, and Lemongrass. You could test the oil on the back of your hand before deciding on the scent. It was hard to choose because they all smelled great! They also asked about my preferred massage pressure. I chose Medium, and the therapist applied pressure that was very accurate.

Upon entering, towels and cold drinks are provided to help alleviate the heat from just coming in. Afterwards, a small plate of fruit and hot tea are served. Before entering the room, you choose the scent of the scrub and essential oil. There are scents like lavender, cherry blossom, mint, and lemongrass, all with a light fragrance, not too strong, which I really like. This massage therapist also speaks a little Chinese. After the full body scrub, you'll shower first, and then the essential oil massage will begin after your shower. The therapist said it's not recommended to wash off the essential oil immediately, as it needs to stay on the body for at least two hours to be absorbed effectively. The strength and technique were excellent! This is the best therapist I've had recently, and I've already booked a second appointment!

The massage room is spacious and comfortable. Welcome drinks were provided, and it ended with hot tea. The massage pressure was also good.

The reservation had a small error and couldn't accommodate two people for a massage together. To be fair, the massage and environment were excellent. However, I expected more from the after-massage dessert, not just a cup of tea.

A short 2-min walk from On Nut BTS Station. The spa is located on Level 9 of Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel. Redemption is easy but they are very popular, so do book early to avoid disappointment!

The welcome tea was very refreshing. Upon entering, the receptionist immediately asked about my preferred massage intensity. I initially thought this was because the masseuse didn't speak English, but during the massage, she also asked in English if the pressure was okay. The staff seemed quite professional and massaged very attentively. I chose the cannabis leaf and lavender option. I'm not sure what cannabis leaf smells like, but it had a scent similar to rose. I wonder if rose essential oil was also added? The masseuse's pressure was just right and very comfortable. I will definitely come back to try other packages next time!

The therapist spoke English well and frequently checked if the pressure and my condition were okay. Even though I chose a medium intensity, it felt quite strong because they used their elbows. Despite that, I was so relaxed that I drifted off to sleep. It was wonderful!!!
