Klook's role as a service connector, including payment methods, usage guides, and service information, was the worst among all the apps I've experienced. If the same product had been available elsewhere, I would not have used Klook. Club Med was so good that it was worth every penny, and paying locally is about 10-15% cheaper than paying through Klook, so I recommend contacting Club Med directly to arrange local payment.

I stumbled upon this activity on the Klook website during my stay on Ishigaki Island and booked it the day before. It turned out to be an excellent decision! I was able to enjoy a full day of physical activity, including windsurfing, kayaking, tennis, archery, and basketball. The variety of food was also great, and I'm very satisfied with the price, which included free drinks. I definitely want to use this service again next time I visit Ishigaki Island.

I really enjoyed the resort today. It's quiet, clean, and the staff are super friendly! The resort offers many activities, from archery to yoga classes. The food is superb with a great variety! Highly recommend!

The activities were enjoyable, and the buffet and drink corner were excellent. I wanted to try kayaking, but the timing didn't work out, so I couldn't.

First, pass users cannot use the internal parking lot when arriving by car. Also, there are no separate changing facilities for non-staying guests, so it's inconvenient to keep changing in the restrooms. Other than that, the food was good and the facilities were nice. It's a shame I couldn't participate in many programs. Also, there were programs that required reservations, but when I arrived, I was told that all reservations were already full. (Programs requiring same-day reservations: Snorkeling Guided Tour, Sanshin (traditional instrument) Experience, Windsurfing Lesson) I thought pass users might need to go and make reservations the day before, but I didn't have time.

The meals were very satisfying. However, the front desk service was not up to par. I was told there would be a changing area, but it seemed there wasn't one, and there was no guidance on where to go or what to do, so I didn't know how to proceed.

The weather wasn't great and it was a bit cold, but we were able to go snorkeling in the sea. This was my second time, and I had to wear a life vest when entering the water. It was a shallow sea... The first time I went, I didn't wear a life vest. It seems like the rules vary depending on the staff.

The weather was bad, so we used a day pass from 10 AM to 6 PM to enjoy the resort. Even though it rained, we swam in the pool. The waves were crashing, and we were the only ones on the beautiful beach, where we saw schools of striped white fish, about the size of a palm, swimming by. However, activities like scuba diving, boat snorkeling, and windsurfing, which raise safety concerns, were not available to day pass holders. I saw a comment saying there were no showers, so I asked at the front desk and found out you can reserve a shower room in advance for specific times. Valuables can be left at the front desk. We were lucky to have a Korean staff member, which made communication easy. Most drinks and coffee are unlimited, and the lunch buffet is free. The weather was so bad that outdoor activities were difficult, but we had a great time here. The ocean here is a work of art. I plan to come back to Club Med to see this ocean again.
