I received the ferry ticket and was able to explore Taketomi on my own. It was a very interesting island, which I explored on foot. A bike wasn't necessary, but many recommend it. At lunchtime, Naomi took us to the boat. We received our equipment and an introduction to snorkeling. At sea, Naomi looked after our small group and led us to various locations. She made sure we took breaks and took photos of us. Afterward, we went to Phantom Island and had some time there. I chatted with Naomi there and received some more information about the island and Ishigaki. Afterward, we went back. It was a wonderful snorkeling experience; the coral reefs were beautiful. The staff were very friendly, funny, and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.

After the pandemic, I had only snorkeled overseas, but snorkeling in Ishigaki after a long time was a tour that made me realize anew how wonderful Japan's seas are. Sebastian, who was in charge this time, frequently checked on the health and fatigue of the tour participants, and when he found a sea turtle, he took beautiful videos that an amateur couldn't capture, which deeply impressed me. He later sent me the beautiful photos and videos taken with his GoPro, providing me with memorable pictures. Thanks to him, it was a safe, secure, and highly satisfying snorkeling experience! He was the most impressive and best guide I've had on any snorkeling tour so far. I highly recommend this tour.

Due to the typhoon, our itinerary was changed, so instead of Hamajima snorkeling, we went on the Miyara River canoe tour. We had originally booked the Miyara River canoe tour for yesterday, but it was canceled due to the typhoon, which was disappointing. However, thanks to the schedule change, we were able to experience it, which was great. Thanks to guide Akari's kind explanations and guidance, even with my limited language skills, I was able to participate in the activity without difficulty. I highly recommend the Miyara River canoe tour, which I enjoyed with my 17-year-old son.

Thanks to Naomi's guidance, our family had an unforgettable and fantastic experience. However, in terms of price, the difference between the course that included the Taketomi Island trip and the one that didn't was greater than the cost of the Taketomi ferry. Although the product name stated "Taketomi Island sightseeing included," we received ferry tickets from the snorkel team and had to go to Taketomi ourselves to arrange transportation and sightseeing.
