We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times. We like that the hotel is well-managed, the staff provides excellent service, and it's conveniently located with many dining, massage, and shopping options nearby. This time, due to Golden Week, our room wasn't ready when we checked in. The front desk informed us that we could get the room a bit later and that it would be upgraded to a higher floor. We could have gone for a massage first and then returned, so it wasn't a big issue. This time, in addition to the more open view from the high floor, the mattress was also new, and we had a great night's sleep. This Klook package included a dinner set menu and a buffet breakfast. We have always been very satisfied with the food from the Crowne Plaza Chinese restaurant, and the breakfast has always been delicious. So, we were very happy to have purchased this package this time; it's excellent value for money, definitely worth a thumbs up!

這間酒店多次住宿，位置優越國貿站又近金光華廣場又近東門，行街按摩樣樣非常方便，雖然比較舊，非常正潔，房間夠大十分舒適，又有恆溫泳池，包咗中式晚餐，食物美味，有小炒王，乳鴿，鮑魚飯等，自助早餐就一般，不過餐飲部職員張麗麗招呼週到，值得讚許，叫我們嘗試黑松露炒蛋，我覺得非常滿意，下次一定再來

I visit this hotel almost every year. This year, it offered a buffet breakfast and a Chinese dinner. The hotel is conveniently located near Guomao Station (Exit B), close to the King Glory Plaza shopping mall, and within walking distance to Dongmen, making it a very convenient choice. The rooms are large and are suites. The Chinese dinner was excellent in both taste and food quality, and the staff provided attentive service. There's also a heated swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was ordinary, but the price is excellent for the value. I think it's worth recommending.

Excellent value for money. The Italian restaurant's set menu was a feast for the senses, with delicious flavors, beautiful presentation, and enticing aromas. The staff were friendly and polite, and the restaurant environment was pleasant. As it was our wedding anniversary, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room and provided two glasses of red wine to help us celebrate. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable – very good. We are grateful.

I've stayed at this hotel four times. The service is excellent, the location is superb, and the price is great. For our wedding anniversary, they thoughtfully decorated our room, gave us fruit and a dragon toy, and even offered welcome drinks. The breakfast buffet was average, and the all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch was a bit disappointing because the shrimp dumplings were limited. Everything else was as good as before, but overall, I'm satisfied.

First, the front desk staff were very polite. After I booked the room, I immediately contacted the hotel via WeChat. Manager Amy and the reservations staff were excellent, and everything was handled according to my requests. Upon arrival, we went for afternoon tea, which was a bit disappointing as there were very few choices, though thankfully the cakes tasted decent. As for happy hour, there were more options, but I personally wouldn't choose this package again next time; perhaps just booking the room would suffice. The room was clean and bright, but there was a distinct strange smell upon entering. It improved a bit after turning on the air conditioning, but I woke up several times in the middle of the night and could still smell it. Additionally, my husband said that in the morning, a man shouted in his ear, "Wake up quickly!" but he was the only one in the room at the time, as my children and I had gone to the restaurant for breakfast. We don't know if it was his hallucination or if something happened, but fortunately, nothing else occurred afterward.

Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our room to 72 square meters; the room was comfortable. The steam room was also very good. However, outside the Italian restaurant, trolleys were constantly being pushed into the kitchen, and with the wooden floor, it was extremely noisy. This dining environment was very poor. Even though the food was exquisite, it lost its appeal.

The hotel's location is very convenient, the staff are extremely friendly, and the service is excellent. The room is not only large but also very clean, and there's a small indoor swimming pool. It's very good, very satisfying.
