The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help with any issues during your stay. They even assisted us in ordering takeaway when we had a payment problem. Although it was a rainy day, the overall atmosphere and environment were not spoiled. You can truly enjoy the room facilities. It's a wonderful place for a short getaway!

The experience was great. The afternoon tea, breakfast, and goodnight sweet soup were all excellent. The room was very spacious, and everything inside was of high quality. There was a refrigerator with drinks, and even a Dyson hairdryer. Thoughtful details like toilet seat covers and bath bags for single use were provided. Upon leaving, we were even given a bottle of homemade perfume. The TV area and balcony were also very comfortable. I suggest that earplugs could be provided for guests in the future, as the building's soundproofing isn't ideal. Overall, still highly recommended!

On the first day, we booked the Chinese restaurant, and the food was acceptable. On the second day, we booked the Western restaurant with a sea-facing table. Unfortunately, it was very foggy that day, with no sunshine, so we couldn't see the sunset. Also, when the restaurant staff seated us, they mentioned my birthday cake had arrived twice, which my boyfriend overheard and laughed, ruining the surprise. I was very unhappy and disappointed, and I won't be coming back.

The shop's service is excellent, and the interior environment is perfect for relaxing the mind. The butler service is responsive to every request, timely and accurate. The shop even upgraded me to a suite automatically, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

There weren't too many guests, the breakfast and afternoon tea were great, the staff were very friendly, and the scenery was pleasant. It felt very relaxing, and I'll come again next time.
