Fast service, tender meat. Two large plates of meat are more than enough for one person. You order the meat verbally, but side dishes and vegetables can be ordered freely online.

Both the Kuroge Wagyu sukiyaki and shabu-shabu are delicious. Their selection of vegetables and à la carte menu items is also extensive, offering great value for money. The staff are friendly and communicate well. We were truly satisfied!

The above review expresses severe, extreme, and super dissatisfaction. I will never again use this app to book any overseas dining or accommodation. Where do these high ratings come from? On Google Maps, this restaurant's rating is extremely low. This black-hearted platform and the black-hearted, disgusting merchants completely rely on paid promotions to boost their ratings. Only software developed in Shenzhen, China, would be so unfair, relying entirely on money to manipulate ratings and deceive domestic consumers. Xiaohongshu even keeps pushing this, implying that these days, money is all that matters. When booking, I paid the full amount without being told if it was in RMB or JPY. They used inferior beef and passed it off as the best. The menu was deceptive. I booked their most expensive set meal on the app for 1319 RMB per person. Two adults and one child cost 3756 RMB, and it was a disgusting meal! In reality, the most expensive set meal at the restaurant was only 14980 JPY, which is about 722 RMB. The Omi beef shabu-shabu set meal booked on this app was actually 11980 JPY at the restaurant, which is about 577 RMB, and that didn't even include drinks. You had to order them separately; you couldn't opt out. Booking with this app is a complete rip-off. After booking, you can't cancel or get a refund. It's absolutely outrageous. Everyone, please don't go to this restaurant. The staff were also very rude and discriminated against Chinese people.
