[Venda Exclusiva Klook] Katsu Umaimonyadai - Frutos do Mar & Wagyu Izakaya em Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba

We went today on a Thursday around noon from our day trip in Nara. we are a family of three and I’d say I would recommend this if you are really hungry because there was a lot of food. We paid about $45 per person and each received so much food. I personally love the grilled shrimp and scallops and squid. I also like the tuna sashimi. There were oysters, beef skewers, beef tongue, yakisoba noodles, takoyaki, grilled abalone. You can also choose to have soda or beer. The service was amazing and fast. What a way to spend our last day In Osaka. I also discovered I am not really allergic to seafood because since I’ve been here in Japan, I didn’t have any allergic reactions to seafood whereas in the US I will be covered in hives or throwing up nonstop. I guess because everything is so fresh. I am so happy about this. Will be back in Japan next year 🙏🙏🙏

Pufferfish hotpot was a very unique experience, but the broth was quite light and bland, unlike Taiwanese hotpot.

Drinks can be chosen as juice or beer. The skewered shrimp was not fresh. The dessert was a rice cake spring roll with condensed milk, which was very chewy and uneatable. The portion size is generous, but the quality needs improvement.

The location is very easy to find, right by the riverside with lots of tourists walking around. The food portions are huge; even the set for two was too much for us to finish, and we ended up packing a couple of dishes to go.

It was okay. It was my first time traveling independently and I didn't plan well, but Dotonbori today was great. Even though I couldn't find the meeting point, I still had a wonderful time exploring on my own.

Very delicious food and warm service. I will definitely go back to eat there again next time I visit Osaka.

これは日本で食べた中で最悪の食事でした。2人で200ドルも払ったのに、出てきたのは焼きすぎた魚介類でした。ホタテは食べるのも無理なほどでした。神戸ビーフは筋っぽく、串焼きは噛み切れないほどでした。刺身の魚の1切れは味が変でした。一口食べて吐き出しました。席は店の奥のトイレの近くに案内されました。1人100ドル以上も使っているのだから、到着したときには空席がたくさんあったのだし、もっと前のほうの良い席に案内されるべきだと思いました。

The ingredients are very fresh, the portions are generous, the owner is very warm and welcoming, and the location is great right by the river. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! 👍👍

This experience was wonderful. The staff explained how to cook and eat the food, and there was plenty of it. I would recommend this anytime. The restaurant was also easy to find.

Food was mediocre for the price paid. Location of restaurant is great. Good service too though English is limited
