[Phinisi de Luxo] Passeio de 3 dias e 2 noites em barco habitável saindo de Labuan Bajo

J'ai adoré chaque instant, l'agence a répondu efficacement à toutes mes questions. Le guide, Bruno, était incroyable. Il nous a bien guidés et l'itinéraire était également bien planifié. Le photographe, Billy, a pris de nombreuses et magnifiques photos pour nous. La chambre et les toilettes étaient propres, seule l'odeur des toilettes pourrait être améliorée. J'ai adoré la nourriture qui nous a été servie. Ils se sont assurés que nous étions bien nourris. La sécurité a toujours été prise en charge. Les endroits où nous sommes allés étaient tous si beaux. Je le recommande !

Wonderful cruise around the Komodo National Park beauties. The price is high but the crew kindness, the food and the service on the boat worth it. The only suggestion is to avoid the deluxe room as they are downstairs, noisy because of the engine and they smell of fuel. Note also that in August the itinerary may change due to the wind and some iconic stops might be skipped.

Klook should have vetted the agents or vendors quality much more thoroughly. Since booking for the trip and paid all in advance, our agent changed the boat 4 times with various reasons, such as docking, maintenance and lack of permit. 2 days before the trip, our agent contacted us that we will have a new boat. The boat that we finally boarded was significantly lower quality than what we paid for ($500+ pax). The initial post boat capacity was for 12 - 14 passengers. The one that we actually boarded on was for 28 passengers. Moreover, our friends who contacted the agent directly was only paid $300+ pax. The agent refused to refund the difference since it's pricing. A highway robbery especially since we ended up with much lower quality products than advertised. Will definitely not using Klook again in the future. Also beware of dealing the agent, WeTravel Indonesia. Their staff was responsive but we could not deal with keep switching the boats to a cheap boat while paying for luxury one

We really enjoyed our trip, the staff was very nice. The food was particularly amazing. I would just recommend avoiding the lower-level rooms, as ours was very humid. All the other rooms were very nice and very clean. The activities were great, and there was enough space on the boat for everyone to relax.

There was bad weather and some changes were communicated prior to the trip. However, even the agreed changes were not followed properly and contained half-truths and lies (see picture). When we contacted Klook to investigate, the local operator adamantly lied that everything was communicated and agreed, despite there being a huge disparity. Klook also naively took the local operator's lies as truth and rejected the case, without fighting for their customer's rights. We are still pursuing but looking at the ethics of the local operator and Klook so far, our hopes of any justice are slim. Book at your own risk!

The 3D2N Komodo sailing trip was absolutely beautiful! When booking, Syahla's service was enthusiastic and answered all our questions. They provided very detailed information about transfers, itinerary, attractions, and boat types with pictures. Communication via WhatsApp after arriving in Indonesia was also very smooth. Once on board, all the staff provided excellent service that made us very satisfied! We perfectly saw the beautiful scenery of Komodo National Park, and even more fortunately, we saw 7 Komodo dragons 🦎. The onboard guide and photographer used phones, drones, and GoPros to take many photos and videos for everyone, sharing them on Google Drive. Thumbs up for the friendly Indonesian people and the beautiful Komodo attractions! 👍
