The location is convenient and easy to redeem. It's in the hotel lobby. The environment is okay, not too luxurious, and the food taste is just average. However, the presentation is beautiful and perfect for photos. I also expected that you get what you pay for, so overall I'm satisfied 👍🏻

A great experience, comfortable environment, convenient location, and excellent service. The meal portions were very generous; my two children and I couldn't finish it all, so we had to take the leftovers for a late-night snack.

I wanted to go for Christmas afternoon tea with a friend, so I made a reservation. After purchasing through Klook, it stated that a separate reservation with the hotel was required, so I contacted the hotel by email, and they confirmed that it was already reserved. The quantity of sweets for the price was generous, and I think the cost-performance is outstanding. You can also take home any leftovers. I thought I could only have one cup of tea, but I was able to get refills of other varieties. I would love to visit again during a different season.

In Japan, afternoon tea at a hotel costs around 10,000 yen for two people, so this is a great deal. It offers good value for money, and the staff were very helpful. The taste was decent. You can take home any food you can't finish.

It was great that I could enjoy afternoon tea at a much better price than booking directly. The all-you-can-drink TWG tea was also a nice touch. It was a cute Christmas set. Since it was generally sweet, I was able to take home what I couldn't finish.
