The environment is comfortable, and the technician's service is top-notch. The only drawback is that although there's a subway station near the mall, you still need to take a taxi.

Its location was convenient. The room was simple but clean, and the temperature was well controlled. I ordered a facial. The therapist was good. There was a small gift at the end.

The ambiance is elegant, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Massage therapist Richy's technique is excellent, with just the right amount of pressure, relieving the fatigue from my travels. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The overall environment and atmosphere were excellent, and the service attitude and quality were also outstanding. We primarily needed a comfortable place to shower before heading to the airport for our flight, and finding this massage place perfectly met our needs. They offered a double massage room with a private bathroom and toilet. On our last night, we took a boat trip along the river from Asiatique, had a buffet, and then came here for a massage and shower. The overall experience was great, and we even got delicious coconut ice cream at the end. I would recommend it to friends with similar needs. If you're just looking for a massage, the price here might be a bit high, but considering the service, environment, and price, the value for money is quite good.

The receptionist speaks a little Chinese, making booking and communication very convenient. The masseuse speaks a little English, so if you're not like me (terrible at English), you should be able to communicate without issues. The environment isn't as high-end or luxurious as I imagined, but the massage technique is superb! Before starting, they give you a paper to mark your preferred pressure and key massage areas. For those who frequently get massages in China, I recommend choosing strong pressure. The masseuse truly works diligently every minute; there was no slacking off for the entire 2 hours. There are definitely no toiletries, and showering is basically impossible, so it's more convenient to stay at this hotel.

We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment because we had been sightseeing all day and hoped to shower before our massage. However, the masseuse rushed us before the scheduled time. We saw a foot bath and bath salts prepared in the room, but we weren't allowed to use them before starting the massage. We chose the signature treatment which included Thai stretching, but the much-anticipated Thai stretching only involved a brief pull of my arms. The session ended before the 90 minutes were up. During the massage, the masseuse even left to clean the oil container. Was cleaning that urgent? Did it have to take up my massage time? My friend's masseuse was better; at least she asked if the pressure was suitable and told her that ice cream was prepared. My masseuse didn't say a word. Overall, I felt rushed before the appointment time, and the treatment duration and content were cut short. After changing, I spoke to the reception staff, and she tried to explain that Thai massage is stretching. Most Hong Kong people know what a Thai massage is; please don't treat us like novices.

I booked a 60-minute course for two people on the same day. Initially, when I tried to book here, I proceeded to payment without being able to specify a time. Although I was later able to specify a time on the website, the time for the massage specified in the email from the shop was different. Since I was staying at the hotel next door, I was able to go immediately, but I think it would have been problematic if it were far away. Once I arrived at the shop, the customer service was excellent. It might have been a coincidence, but even though it was a 60-minute course, they treated me for a little longer. I was able to heal my body, which was tired from traveling! I felt very refreshed. Both the receptionist and the therapist were very cheerful and pleasant! The access is about a 10-minute walk from Asiatique. The dessert in the picture was served as a post-treatment service. Thank you very much!

The hotel by the river has beautiful views, and the aroma in the space is very relaxing. The massage techniques are also excellent. The hot tea and dessert are thoughtfully prepared and aesthetically pleasing. It was a wonderful experience.

Before starting, they asked about the desired pressure and areas of focus, but these questionnaires are just a formality; the masseuse doesn't necessarily refer to them or follow them. There was a foot bath in the room, but the masseuse gestured for me to go directly to the bed to start the massage, skipping the foot care. However, I had already put my feet in the basin, so the masseuse reluctantly splashed some water on my feet before proceeding with the full body massage. Later, when I shared with my friends, I found out that their foot care and the Thai stretching explicitly included in the package were completely omitted, and the massage time was also reduced. None of us could enjoy this massage experience. We don't understand why it's called one of the top hundred establishments; it's very disappointing.
