Heavena Wellness and Spa no Ramada Hotel Riverside em Bangkok

I originally tried to visit their branch at the Sivatel Hotel, but couldn’t make it there. After moving to the Salil Hotel, I found this place through Google and decided to give it a try. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since the spa is located inside a hotel, I also really appreciated having a separate, comfortable area to change and get ready before the massage. My therapist was absolutely amazing. She put so much care and effort into the entire 90-minute massage, and I was genuinely impressed. I personally prefer strong pressure, and this was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the whole session. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. And yes, the ice cream they serve afterward is just as delicious as everyone says! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an excellent massage in Bangkok.

The environment is comfortable, and the technician's service is top-notch. The only drawback is that although there's a subway station near the mall, you still need to take a taxi.

We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment because we had been sightseeing all day and hoped to shower before our massage. However, the masseuse rushed us before the scheduled time. We saw a foot bath and bath salts prepared in the room, but we weren't allowed to use them before starting the massage. We chose the signature treatment which included Thai stretching, but the much-anticipated Thai stretching only involved a brief pull of my arms. The session ended before the 90 minutes were up. During the massage, the masseuse even left to clean the oil container. Was cleaning that urgent? Did it have to take up my massage time? My friend's masseuse was better; at least she asked if the pressure was suitable and told her that ice cream was prepared. My masseuse didn't say a word. Overall, I felt rushed before the appointment time, and the treatment duration and content were cut short. After changing, I spoke to the reception staff, and she tried to explain that Thai massage is stretching. Most Hong Kong people know what a Thai massage is; please don't treat us like novices.

I recommend the aromatherapist; she is very meticulous and dedicated to serving customers. The front desk staff can speak simple Chinese. After the Thai massage, there is ice cream available.

The ambiance is elegant, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Massage therapist Richy's technique is excellent, with just the right amount of pressure, relieving the fatigue from my travels. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

It was truly wonderful. The masseuse's pressure started light and gradually increased, which was very comfortable. They also inquired about preferred pressure levels and areas to focus on beforehand. The environment was very clean as well.

I stayed at Anantara Riverside and received a massage at Ramada. The Anantara massage was prohibitively expensive... Overall, I am satisfied. It offers good value for money.

Before starting, they asked about the desired pressure and areas of focus, but these questionnaires are just a formality; the masseuse doesn't necessarily refer to them or follow them. There was a foot bath in the room, but the masseuse gestured for me to go directly to the bed to start the massage, skipping the foot care. However, I had already put my feet in the basin, so the masseuse reluctantly splashed some water on my feet before proceeding with the full body massage. Later, when I shared with my friends, I found out that their foot care and the Thai stretching explicitly included in the package were completely omitted, and the massage time was also reduced. None of us could enjoy this massage experience. We don't understand why it's called one of the top hundred establishments; it's very disappointing.
