Instant confirmation on the same day. Nice river view. Portion is big for two persons. Taste can be better. After tea, very convenient to visit IConSiam and Asiatique. Ferry from Sathorn to iConSiam only costs 8 Bt.

I was able to spend a relaxing time. I went on a Sunday, but it wasn't crowded. There are many scones and breads, so you'll get full, so it's better to go when you're hungry. If you're looking for a quiet afternoon tea, this is highly recommended.

The location is easy to find, the food is delicious, the service attitude is good, and the view facing the river is excellent. The only drawback is that the seats closer to the river view are a bit hot.

There were many reviews saying the food was too sweet, but it was generally fine except for the two red items. However, you don't need a reservation time when purchasing. Why are 00:00 and 13:00 options available for reservations? Klook should correct this. Afternoon tea is available from 2 PM to 4 PM.

Nice river view, plenty of food! They care about your allergies before serving. Drink was only one each (usually afternoon tea set comes with big pot of tea or free refills, but it’s super reasonable already so one drink is ok for this price though) so if you want to drink more than one, have to pay extra money. But staff mentioned it before ordering that was nice and extra drink wasn’t expensive as hotel price. We got a little birthday cake as well :)

The service staff were excellent. The view they chose for us was beautiful, overlooking Iconsiam. The recommended tea was also delicious. The desserts were generally tasty. The atmosphere gets a 10/10; even with the rain, the ambiance was still great. I loved that the hotel also had ballroom dancing; it was a pleasure to watch.

We had a wonderful time during afternoon tea at the Shangri-La Hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery along with the delicious food. I will recommend it to my friends.
