It was a great experience, the driver was very knowledgeable about landmark locations. He recommended a place for a meal and also brought us to a location with a great view for nice pictures since he realized we preferred scenery over shopping. The driver is fluent in multiple languages, very helpful in communicating with Japanese merchants/staff when needed. Great driving skill even though we went through winding roads in a mountainous area, it was a stable ride throughout the journey. The whole family, from seniors to children, enjoyed the entire trip; in fact, we booked two day trips with this company to different places. Highly recommended and totally worth the price paid!

The service centre agent is very flexible with itinerary, the driver is friendly and on time. He knows the way well. The 7-seater is comfortable and clean.

We had a really wonderful time in this experience! We were able to go to the places we wanted to see without any problem. It was easy to communicate with Leemin, despite the language barrier because we used translators in our mobile phones. This was the highlight of our trip, so if you are interested, do not miss this in your itinerary ☺️🙌

We departed from Yufuin, then proceeded to Kyushu Natural Zoological Park and Tosu Premium Outlets, before returning to Fukuoka. The entire journey was very comfortable and highly recommended.

Driver Da Zuo is excellent, very kind, and considerate towards the elderly. Even in traffic, he remains patient and provides meticulous care and arrangements throughout the journey.

First, I'd like to thank Xiao Jie for her care that day. She prioritized safety and managed the time well, and the 7-seater car was very clean and comfortable. Ten hours for three main attractions is indeed a bit rushed. The bridge is spectacular and worth visiting if you happen to be there in spring or autumn. Yufuin is a lively town; if you enjoy shopping, you might consider walking around and grabbing snacks to save time for lunch. Beppu Onsen (all-inclusive ticket for 7 spots) only allows about two hours, which is very tight. I recommend doing some research beforehand to plan your route. Since I was traveling with two elderly people, this activity arrangement was the best choice.

This chartered car trip followed a designated Route C. Initially, the itinerary included (order not important): Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine, Kusasenri, Komezuka, Mount Aso, Daikanbo, and Shirakawa Spring Water if time permitted. On July 15th, our driver and guide, Mr. Zhang, advised us not to go to Daikanbo and suggested Shirakawa Spring Water instead, saying it was more worthwhile. We agreed to this change. After arriving at Kusasenri, we asked the driver if we could get closer to the volcano. He initially said no due to toxic gases. However, after we showed him photos online, he claimed they were taken by drones. We found this strange, as Mount Aso was on our itinerary, so why stop only at Kusasenri? Later, Mr. Zhang said he would drive over to check, and if we could get closer, we would. Indeed, we found other tourists closer to the crater, and we were able to see the crater up close. We felt that Mr. Zhang seemed unfamiliar with the area and its attractions, and he didn't mention that helicopter tours were available to view the crater. We only found out by seeing helicopters in the sky that day and looking it up. I believe it's not necessary to take a helicopter, but at least more tourist information could be provided so we can make choices and better plan our time at each attraction. Later, we didn't visit Shirakawa Spring Water or Daikanbo because Mr. Zhang said we spent too much time at the crater and wouldn't make it back in time. We returned to the hotel at 4:47 PM, having departed at 7:30 AM. If we calculate based on 10 hours, we actually had another half-hour of travel time. Although we understand that driving times can't be precisely estimated and driving is hard work, we would have been happy to discuss additional charges if we went over time, as your regulations clearly state. Therefore, since we paid for expensive plane tickets to travel abroad and chose a chartered car tour, we still hoped to complete the entire itinerary. We were a bit disappointed not to visit Shirakawa Spring Water. However, the overall trip was very rich! The journey was indeed quite long, from Fukuoka city to Aso. We are grateful for Mr. Zhang's introductions and hard work driving. We saw the beautiful and dreamy cloud-shrouded Kusasenri and the magnificent crater – truly wonderful scenery!

Mr. Li Ming, our driver, provided excellent and friendly service, taking our family to various attractions and making the trip more enjoyable and comfortable for our elders. He quickly resolved any language barrier issues we had with ticket purchases and ordering food, ensuring the entire itinerary ran smoothly. The whole journey was filled with wonderful memories.
