It's my first time visiting Kyushu and my first time snowboarding at Kuju Ski Resort. Everything during the trip was excellent. Not only the tour guide but also the staff were very kind and gentle. Thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

¡Lo pasé genial! La comida en el restaurante de dentro estaba realmente buena, y todo el lugar se sentía bastante bien organizado. No estaba tan lleno de gente, así que pude esquiar sin preocuparme por las largas colas. Las pistas estaban bien, lo cual fue perfecto para una principiante como yo. No me sentí intimidada en absoluto y pude simplemente disfrutar. ¡Me divertí muchísimo!

Overall, the ski trip was quite good. Our tour guide was excellent, speaking Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. However, he was extremely busy throughout the trip, as he had to lead the group, handle tickets, and assist us with equipment rentals. This made him a bit difficult to find at times. Although they used a group chat, accessing it through email was very inconvenient. Therefore, I suggest that in the future, Line or WeChat could be used instead. Also, the return bus was late. However, I would highly recommend this ski resort for families with children. It offers both skiing and sledding, making it suitable for kids. Although the snow was quite hard because it was artificial, and the ski area was rather small, it's still a very good resort for those with children.

We had an enjoyable experience. The guide Tae was really helpful and went an extra mile to ensure we were skiing safely but also having fun. Despite the snow not being thick enough (due to beginning of winter season), we still managed to enjoy the experience as beginners. The only slight downside is, the snow might not be thick enough for skiers with more experience that wants to come down higher slopes. As beginners, we would recommend this tour!!
