Experiência de Spa Bali Gift em Seminyak

I went with my husband and mother-in-law for the first time in Bali. We tried another massage place, but this place is a gem. We really had a good experience; the atmosphere is so divine, clean, with welcoming staff, and a good masseur. It made us really snore during the massage time. We really recommend it! Don't miss it during your stay in Bali.

I liked the massage. Friendly and kind staff. The place was clean and hygienic.

It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back to enjoy this massage again next time, as it's a wonderful treat and a great way to live.

The facilities are older than expected, and the atmosphere is quite local. The location isn't bad.

First, the communication on WhatsApp was sloppy. I chose the 3.5-hour Shirodhara course because I wanted to nap until hotel check-in time after arriving in Bali early in the morning. It was expected to hear the constant noise of cars and motorbikes in a high-traffic area, but the staff outside the room were chatting loudly the entire time, making it clear they had no intention of providing hospitality. The course included foot, body, facial, Shirodhara, head massage, and a flower bath, all handled by the same person. The body massage was fine, but the facial was poorly done; the makeup removal was rough, and my face was repeatedly scrubbed with strong pressure, making me worried about skin damage. Also, I was surprised to experience a facial massage that pulled my skin downwards, which I had never encountered before. I had planned to sleep soundly during the Shirodhara, but the clattering noise around my ears and head made it impossible. The final flower bath had someone's hair in it, and there was no hairdryer or explanation afterwards. Of course, there was no send-off from the therapist either. It was a very disappointing experience. The environment, technique, and mindset were all poor, so it's no wonder customers flock to the nearby popular Body Works Spa. By the way, Bali Gift Spa Seminyak and Seminyak Royal Spa seem to be sister establishments. I will never go again and do not recommend it. I don't even want to give it one star; my first day in Bali was ruined.

What are they doing? There was no explanation of what they were going to do, and the waiting time (just waiting with my eyes covered) was long, making it uncomfortable. When the blindfold was removed, it was a different therapist. There was no explanation of Ayurveda, and the time was unknown and unnecessarily long? (I didn't even feel good). Overall, the content did not match the cost.

I usually don't write reviews, but this is truly the worst value for money. It smelled, had bugs, and the massage was subpar.
