The tour was very well organized from the beginning to the end. We spent roughly 3h30 there and we did: have an introduction on the elephants, prepare their food, feed them, then we bathed them, covered them in mud and then showered them. Anytime we would interact with them, we could take pictures with them or the staff could do it for free for us. We then headed back to the main camp to cook a bit and then eat the buffet. Everything was very guided and prepared, and we never felt lost. The towels are rented for free and we got access to a locker with a deposit that they would give back at the end. Overall, the experience was good. The elephants truly seem happy, and some of them really showed their different personalities.

This was the best day ever. The guides took excellent care of me and also took some photos that I’ll treasure forever. William and I got to hike in the jungle, mud bath and lake swim. Pure joy and love for this magical place.

Elephants have been my girlfriend's favorite animal for years, so this was a dream come true for her! She had the biggest smile on her face the whole time! It was such a wonderful experience! The staff were so kind to both us and the elephants. The staff were super funny and friendly and really made us feel safe going over safety precautions. Would definitely recommend!

An incredible opportunity for animal lovers. I was amazed to see how these elephants (Peter, Moon, Martin, Star) were handled without any sticks, ropes, or chains. And also how well-behaved they were with commands. Very friendly and harmless elephants. Also, how they were provided with mud and a pool, and how much they loved it. I was really happy to see that none of these animals were abused at the time of our visit. All their basic requirements and freedom were met. We were also provided with a very entertaining tour guide. The staff are very friendly.

Geweldige ervaring! Het personeel was fantastisch, behulpzaam, grappig, vriendelijk, om nog maar te zwijgen van professionele fotografen! Ze hebben veel foto's voor ons gemaakt en deze aan het einde naar ons geairdropt (gratis!). De olifanten zijn schattig en worden goed verzorgd nadat ze zijn gered van gedwongen optredens, bereden worden of boomstammen trekken.

It was fun. The only thing that sucked was the 45-minute ride in the really hot back of a pickup truck. But the ATV was fun, and zip-lining was fun. I'd say the best part was the guides who were there the whole time! Make sure to tip them because they work hard for our fun times.

The pickup service was excellent. Since I was the first one, they arrived a little before 9 AM. There were 8 of us in total. Upon arrival, they explained everything, and we went to feed the elephants. We were given a basket each, tied to a rope, to pull along and feed the elephants. They told us the elephants' names while we fed them, then we changed clothes for the mud bath and shower. After that, we washed and changed in the restroom/shower facilities, then painted the elephants, and that was the end. It was the best! The staff explaining everything spoke simple English, so everyone understood, and they were cheerful and kind. For the feeding experience, there was one staff member per elephant to help and make it fun. They also made the mud bath and shower very lively, helping us and chatting with us. It was so enjoyable, a must-do! However, the shower took a long time, so we couldn't even paint the elephants for 5 minutes. They gave us two items, and there were towels and plastic bags available.

They have two outlets, and the agency would choose the nearest one for you based on your hotel's location. I initially booked because their address stated the Naithon site, which is bigger and had a baby elephant named Vi-Lin. However, upon confirmation, they changed the address and sent us to Kathu! We still enjoyed ourselves!
