The tour was very well organized from the beginning to the end. We spent roughly 3h30 there and we did: have an introduction on the elephants, prepare their food, feed them, then we bathed them, covered them in mud and then showered them. Anytime we would interact with them, we could take pictures with them or the staff could do it for free for us. We then headed back to the main camp to cook a bit and then eat the buffet. Everything was very guided and prepared, and we never felt lost. The towels are rented for free and we got access to a locker with a deposit that they would give back at the end. Overall, the experience was good. The elephants truly seem happy, and some of them really showed their different personalities.

This was the best day ever. The guides took excellent care of me and also took some photos that I’ll treasure forever. William and I got to hike in the jungle, mud bath and lake swim. Pure joy and love for this magical place.

Elephants have been my girlfriend's favorite animal for years, so this was a dream come true for her! She had the biggest smile on her face the whole time! It was such a wonderful experience! The staff were so kind to both us and the elephants. The staff were super funny and friendly and really made us feel safe going over safety precautions. Would definitely recommend!

An incredible opportunity for animal lovers. I was amazed to see how these elephants (Peter, Moon, Martin, Star) were handled without any sticks, ropes, or chains. And also how well-behaved they were with commands. Very friendly and harmless elephants. Also, how they were provided with mud and a pool, and how much they loved it. I was really happy to see that none of these animals were abused at the time of our visit. All their basic requirements and freedom were met. We were also provided with a very entertaining tour guide. The staff are very friendly.

Geweldige ervaring! Het personeel was fantastisch, behulpzaam, grappig, vriendelijk, om nog maar te zwijgen van professionele fotografen! Ze hebben veel foto's voor ons gemaakt en deze aan het einde naar ons geairdropt (gratis!). De olifanten zijn schattig en worden goed verzorgd nadat ze zijn gered van gedwongen optredens, bereden worden of boomstammen trekken.

It was fun. The only thing that sucked was the 45-minute ride in the really hot back of a pickup truck. But the ATV was fun, and zip-lining was fun. I'd say the best part was the guides who were there the whole time! Make sure to tip them because they work hard for our fun times.

픽업 와주시고 너무 좋았음 내가 처음 시작이어서 9시 살짝 전에 오심 나까 8명 태웠음 도착해서 설명해주고 먹이주러감 바구니 한캐씩 줄에 뭈어 위에 걸어 끌고가게함 코끼리 이름 알려주며 먹이주고 옷갈아입고 머드+샤워 해줌 그러고 화장실+샤워실에서 씻고 갈아입은 다음 코끼리 색칠하고 끝 최고였음 설명해주는 직원 간단한 영어로 해서 다 알아들었고 유쾌하고 친절함 먹이체험도 코끼리당 한명씩 담당자 있어서 도와주고 재밌게 해줌 머드도 샤워도 엄청 쾌활하게 만들어주고 도와주고 말걸어줌 유쾌 무조건 해야됌 근데 샤워가 오래걸려서 코끼리 5분도 색칠 못함ㅠㅁ못함2개나 주심 타월도 있고 비닐봉지도 있음

They have two outlet and the agency would choose the nearest outlet for you based on your hotel location. I initially book because they address stated the Naithon site which is bigger and had a baby elephant Vi-Lin. However upon confirmation they change address and send us to Kathu! We still enjoyed ourselves!
