Gostaríamos de convidá-lo(a) a se juntar a nós para a experiência única de Mindfulness, Meditação, Yoga e Imersão na Cultura Tailandesa. Este breve retiro é projetado para que os participantes não apenas desfrutem do yoga, mas também de experiências de viagens locais únicas.
O que esperar
Comece o seu dia com uma meditação de 30 a 60 minutos, dependendo das suas necessidades. Em seguida, recomenda-se ioga matinal por uma hora na natureza, juntamente com a primeira luz do dia. A prática pode ser flexível, de acordo com a capacidade dos praticantes. Após concluir a prática de ioga, faça uma refeição vegetariana em conjunto, onde cada prato é criado para um hóspede especial. Visite Wat Phra That Doi Saket (o templo do distrito) e desfrute de uma vista de 360 graus que tem vista para todo o distrito, antes de enviá-lo para o carro amarelo para enviá-lo de volta para a cidade no Mercado de Warorot.

If you're curious about meditation and want to learn more about Buddha's teachings, I'd highly recommend this course! Amori's approach is super hands-on - she gets you to dive in and experience meditation firsthand, and then helps you learn and discover more about it. I was blown away by the temple visits, which were not only super beautiful but also really educational - there were paintings illustrating Buddha's teachings, which was a great way to learn. Amori's ability to weave together meditation, yoga, and temple visits into a cohesive experience is really impressive!
At Flow Yoga Chiang Mai, I went on a quiet journey inward—one I didn’t know I needed. In the early morning light, I followed teacher Amori, practicing mindful walking. Every step felt like coming home to the earth. During seated meditation, I closed my eyes and simply observed—my breath, my body, and the nonstop swirl of thoughts. My legs went completely numb, and it hurt like crazy. But instead of fighting it, I just breathed through it, learning to sit with the discomfort and stay present. Lunch was a simple Thai meal, full of warmth and heart. In the afternoon, we visited an old temple. The ancient murals seemed to whisper stories of time gone by, and everything in me slowed down. Thanks Amori! That day, I was the only student in class—like the universe carved out a little pocket just for me. If you want to learn more about meditation, flow yoga, and Thai culture, I highly recommend Amori's program. She is incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every detail of meditation and guiding us through the experience. The flow yoga sessions she designed were also quite challenging, even for us as fitness enthusiasts. After enjoying a delicious homemade Thai lunch, she took us to a beautiful temple and shared fascinating religious stories, deepening my appreciation for the country and its culture. Simply visiting Amori's beautiful home makes the trip worthwhile, not to mention the well-guided meditation class, experienced yoga teaching, carefully prepared food, and insightful temple trip. I took part in a yoga retreat in Chiang Mai three years back, and I must say, Amori's retreat feels more genuine and enlightening. I've visited Chiang Mai multiple times, and the countryside has always been my favourite. I would recommend this trip to anyone seeking a genuine, serene time in Chiang Mai. It was a truly wonderful experience. If you're tired of exploring Chiang Mai city or looking for a quieter holiday, I highly recommend coming to experience this. In my opinion, the countryside truly represents Chiang Mai. Amori's meditation guidance and yoga instructions are both very professional. Her home is breathtaking, privately designed, and full of character; just seeing her home is well worth it.
