Doce Colheita de Morangos com o Santuário Koiki, Yanagawa e Dazaifu

The pace was just right, not too rushed. My group size was about 10 people, which was nice and not too many. The meeting location was easy to find, but there were too many other tour groups, so it was a bit difficult to find our tour guide. I only wish that they could include unagi lunch at Yanagawa or allow us to at least take away an unagi bento in Yanagawa, since it's famous there.

We requested an English-speaking driver/guide prior to booking, and the operator confirmed that the driver could speak English. However, the driver we received could not speak English at all. It was very difficult to communicate with them. Nevertheless, the ride was smooth, and my family really enjoyed the tour. The first boat trip was a great experience. The scenery of Yanagawa was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. It was supposed to rain, but suddenly the sun was shining brightly. Sitting on the boat with the wind blowing was very cool and comfortable. The strawberries were delicious and large. Highly recommended!

My tour guide is Helen, a Chinese lady who led us on this tour. She is very thoughtful and helped us take photos at the strawberry farm and during the boat ride. The highlight of this tour was definitely the strawberry farm. There were various types of strawberries available there, and all tasted fantastic and were huge. It was a unique experience. During the outlet shopping, as I finished my shopping earlier, Helen saw me sitting in an open space. She came over to bring me back to the bus because it was cold outside. Such a nice lady.

The driver and tour guide, Mr. Chang, was already waiting on-site early in the morning. Communication in Mandarin was absolutely no problem, and the car ride was comfortable. The grapes were very fragrant and sweet, and everything was point-to-point, which was excellent.

The driver was very communicative, always informing us of the itinerary, estimated travel time, and important notes. He also helped everyone take photos, showing great attention to detail.

Next time, could Klook please provide the tour guide's information in advance? There were over 20 guides at the meeting point, and guests had to ask each one individually to find the right person. Also, the four itinerary items were too many and too rushed. The Koiki Shrine was incredibly boring and a complete waste of time, which meant there wasn't enough time for lunch in Yanagawa. Other arrangements were very good, and the tour guide was excellent. The problem lies with the itinerary set by Klook.

行程很順暢，導遊也很用心，團員也很準時。採草莓很好玩，非常適合小朋友，這次去有三個棚子可以採，每個棚子有三種不同草莓，可以試吃到很多不同品種的草莓，不管是大人還是小孩都吃的飽飽的。後面戀木神社的行程也蠻可愛的，附近有一個小公園很美，小孩還可以去溜溜滑梯盪鞦韆什麼的算是意外的收穫，柳川和太宰府就是很著名的觀光景點，參加這個行程可以很方便的到達不用動腦安排路線，很不錯👍推薦！
