Our session was delayed as it took longer than expected to get to the resort due to heavy snow, and our instructor Taku waited patiently for us and had our gear ready. After changing, we got right into the lessons. Taku was very informative and a great teacher. Riding down the slopes was so much fun! (first-timer). It definitely pays to have an instructor, and we felt safe! Thank you, Taku! P.S., make sure you stretch before and after snowboarding!

素晴らしいレッスンでした。スキーやスノーボードに興味がある方には特におすすめです。インストラクターのAllenは非常に気配りができ、プロフェッショナルで、忍耐強く、スキルを素早く向上させるための重要な技術的フィードバックを提供してくれました。私たちはスキーではなくスノーボードを選びましたが、正直なところ、その日の終わりまでにトゥサイドエッジスライディングの段階に進めるとは思っていませんでした。しかし、Allenの助けもあって、いくつかのターンもできるようになりました。チーム全体が流暢な英語を話すので、英語が希望の言語であれば大きなプラスです。レッスン以外のロジスティクス、例えば用具のレンタルやシャトルの手配なども、すべてスムーズに処理されました。称賛しかありません。

We're glad we booked this and the experience was unforgettable. Everything was well organised even before we arrived in Japan. We had a fantastic experience with our instructor Michael who was very patience and supportive in every steps of our journey as a beginner, day 1, snowboarders. Definitely, Highly recommended!

Having a dedicated driver is really convenient, and the car had plenty of space. It snowed heavily on the day we went skiing, and having a local drive was much more reassuring than driving ourselves 😂. Everyone was fast asleep on the way back 😂. Five-star-plus rating for Coach Vic! He helped our group of beginners get the hang of it smoothly and even adjusted individual movements. Skiing is so much fun! 👍

The overall experience was fantastic, 5 stars! The rental process was very smooth, and when we arrived at the ski resort, all the equipment and tickets were ready, which was great. Although it took some time to find the instructor upon arrival at the ski resort, and the prior communication wasn't very smooth, the subsequent lessons and experience were excellent! The instructor was also very patient and taught well, and in the end, I successfully learned the basics of skiing.

This time, ski instructor Iann taught two children intermediate skiing. They found the instructor very attentive and said they would definitely look for her again next time they visit!

Saito-san at the reception was kind, professional, and very attentive. Wenxin, the ski instructor, was professional, friendly, and full of passion. Overall, I highly recommend it.
