The environment is beautiful, it's a newly opened mall. You can shower first and then get a massage, which is good. However, you can't shower again after the massage, which leaves the body feeling a bit oily.

For someone visiting Bangkok, Thailand for the first time, it was quite a test. I initially thought it was just one part of the Terminal 21 shopping mall. It turns out the mall is split into two sections, and getting to the other one by taxi takes 30-45 minutes. Luckily, we had booked for 3 PM, so we had plenty of time to get there. It was my first experience with a Thai four-hand massage. The staff were very professional and polite. The environment at Let's Relax was clean and comfortable.

This oil massage was only 60 minutes; it would have been better if it could have been a bit longer.

Excellent service, great massage. The place is tidy and clean. Love the pandan welcome drink, and they serve us mango sticky rice dessert after the massage.

Experience was good and comfortable from the moment we stepped into the place. Also located in a very cute themed mall that was fun and entertaining to walk around.
