The environment and service quality are excellent, and the mango sticky rice is also delicious. I just didn't notice when booking that Terminal 21 has two buildings, and this one is not accessible by BTS.

After buying the tickets, I tried to schedule an appointment with the branch via WeChat, thinking it would be quicker, but the response was very slow. They basically only replied once a day, so if I had a question, it would take several days to get a full response. We went to Terminal 21, and the shop was easy to find. Upon arrival, we were offered a welcome drink, then changed into slippers and were led to our room. My family said the massage was very comfortable, and they even fell asleep. After the massage, we were served some snacks, which were quite good.

This oil massage was only 60 minutes; it would have been better if it could have been a bit longer.

Highly recommended place to relax after a long day exploring Bangkok, the location was very easy to locate and the staff are all pleasant and we love the cold tea when we arrive at the spa and mango sticky rice at the end. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Thailand.

For someone visiting Bangkok, Thailand for the first time, it was quite a test. I initially thought it was just one part of the Terminal 21 shopping mall. It turns out the mall is split into two sections, and getting to the other one by taxi takes 30-45 minutes. Luckily, we had booked for 3 PM, so we had plenty of time to get there. It was my first experience with a Thai four-hand massage. The staff were very professional and polite. The environment at Let's Relax was clean and comfortable.
