Super easy to pick up. I probably could have used the self-serve machines, but I went to the desk, and she scanned it and gave me the ticket. Easy. An 8-minute journey instead of a 60-minute metro ride. Just be aware it starts at 7:02 AM. I landed early at 4 AM, so there was a bit of a wait. I could have taken the metro at 6 AM, but it would have been a longer journey. Free hot and cold water is available on the walk to it from arrivals.
