We had such a great experience at the water puppet show in Vietnam! Honestly didn’t expect our kids to sit through the full 45 minutes, but they were completely engaged the entire time. The show is lively, entertaining, and full of storytelling that’s easy to follow even if you don’t understand the language. There’s a good mix of music, movement, and cultural elements that keep it interesting from start to finish. What impressed us the most was the incredible skill of the performers behind the scenes — controlling the puppets so smoothly in water is truly next level. Highly recommend this as a family-friendly activity. Definitely worth experiencing when you’re in Vietnam!

The Klook representative was standing next to the ticket counter. She scanned our voucher and gave us two tickets. We took photos outside and then went inside. To our surprise, we had the second row from the front, offering the best view.

This was recommended by a friend and I was hesitant at first. But after the show I had zero regrets. This is must see when visiting HCM, especially if you find A O show expensive. I really had a great time watching the show, even laughed at jokes even if the whole show was in Viet. Really talented group of people. Salute! 👏🏼

You will be amazed by the water puppet show. It is spectacular. We are fortunate to sit at the front row seats. This is only one showtime. Do consider to have this as part of the itinerary when you come to Ho Chi Minh City.

Excellent spectacle culturel. Excellente performance, beaucoup de marionnettes expertes. Ce serait bien s'il y avait des audioguides similaires au spectacle de marionnettes à Hanoï afin que des traductions soient disponibles pour les étrangers. Cela dit, je le recommanderais quand même.

This was a quick show. They sang in Vietnamese and local folk and love songs. If you’re into it or you’re naturally observant, you’ll get the meaning of each play. Otherwise, it’ll be a stretch for someone to get into it and understand the show. If you’re at the front rows, I suggest bring a jacket because you might get wet haha. Overall, the process of availing the ticket was seamless. I enjoyed the show but I saw people yawning after 15mins. I think it was an hour and half show.

It was impressive. Traditional water puppet show in Vietnamese language. Although we do not understand the language, the show itself was already excellent. Puppet masters and musicians are equally great! We enjoyed it and will recommend to friends and families.
