I couldn’t leave a review until October 1st, but we actually dined at BRILLIANT in August for its 3rd anniversary celebration, thanks to a friend who chose this venue for his birthday. The event featured live cooking stations, where chefs prepared sizzling “Japanese domestic beef” to order. The beef was good, but a bit chewier than expected—I was hoping for a more melt-in-your-mouth experience. Highlights for me were the “French Braised Beef Tongue” and the “Live Cooking Dorayaki”. The braised beef tongue was exquisitely prepared, and its tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor were unforgettable. As for the dorayaki, the freshly-made fluffy pancakes were a treat, especially because you could add as much sweet filling—like red bean paste or whipped cream—as you wanted. For someone like me who doesn’t eat seafood, the selection of hot dishes was somewhat limited. However, BRILLIANT made up for it with a wide variety of delightful desserts, which were of a quality you'd expect to find in an authentic pâtisserie.

Taking my significant other out for a birthday feast 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻🍽️ They have everything from Chinese, Japanese, to Western cuisine. Especially the roast beef – it's delicious, juicy, and tender, making me want to eat two plates 🤤. My significant other's favorite is the salmon sashimi 🍣. This reminds me of the time we ate crab 🦀️, which was messy but delicious. It was a delicious and satisfying meal, and the staff were very attentive. I'll definitely go back if I have the chance 🫶🏻.

This is a frequently visited buffet restaurant. The dishes for the third-anniversary event were excellent, featuring Japanese domestic beef, lamb chops, Beef Wellington, oysters, crab, shrimp, and more. The ingredients were high-quality, and dishes were replenished quickly. The restaurant staff were very proactive and friendly. The meal vouchers were convenient and affordable. It's a great choice.

Buy now, use now. The restaurant is lively and business is good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The interior is bright with spacious aisles, though the tables and chairs are a bit small. Used dishes are cleared quickly.

The dining environment is comfortable and the service staff are very proactive and attentive! And I absolutely love the Beef Wellington! Oh my goodness, it's incredibly delicious! The matcha desserts are also surprisingly good! So delicious, I love it so much!

The price is a bit high, but it's quite crowded on weekdays. I think the ingredients are decent, and I hope there will be more hot food options next time.
