Taipei Marriott Hotel Shilin | Shihlin Kitchen. Came here for a birthday celebration. The variety of dishes is a bit limited, but the quality is good, so it's still worth recommending~

The sashimi-grade scallops were large and sweet, and the crab legs were good, but the restaurant didn't provide scissors. The steak was not overcooked and delicious, but the tomahawk pork chop was just average, with a very firm texture. There weren't many food items, and alcoholic beverages required an additional charge.

This was my first time dining at Shilin Renaissance, which offers a semi-buffet style. The main course was delicious, and the buffet included sashimi, scallops, salads, and other cooked dishes. The quality of the flower crabs was also excellent. A minor drawback was that the tables were a bit small, and four main courses almost filled it up. The plate clearing speed was a bit slow, possibly due to fewer staff because of the pandemic.

The Renaissance Taipei Shihlin Hotel, which emphasizes the concepts of "lifestyle design" and "local culture," is a building with four underground floors and nine above-ground floors. Located next to "Shilin MRT Station" and "Shilin Official Residence," it takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes to walk from the MRT station to the hotel.

The seafood is very fresh, and during Lobster Night, you receive half a lobster, which makes the main course look less empty. The space is spacious, but the variety of items is relatively small compared to other buffet restaurants. There aren't many diners, so it's highly recommended for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere and don't want to queue. Dishes are also replenished promptly. There are also small portions of desserts, perfect for those who just want a taste without eating too much.

The dishes are of good quality, the tables are spacious enough, the restaurant layout is open and airy, and the dining atmosphere is excellent. We immediately booked our next dining date; it's worth revisiting.

The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is very friendly, and the tables are cleared quickly! Although the self-service area doesn't have a huge variety of dishes, they are all very delicious and exquisite!

The food and seafood are fresh and delicious, the desserts are tasty, and the staff provide excellent service. It's worth visiting again.

服務超好，環境中整潔舒服，東西不算多，但是食材品質優良，且主食吃不完可以帶走，避免吃太飽而不舒服

環境清幽，主要是在主食的部分，還不錯！自助吧的部分，海鮮很新鮮，麵包也很好吃，服務人員態度也不錯，還好是用餐卷買的，如果是現場的價格，就比較不划算了。
