Da Hei Song Xiao Liang Kou - Loja Original de Nougat - Entrega em domicílio em toda Taiwan

It's very convenient to have items delivered to the hotel, and it's not expensive. However, there was no phone message or email confirmation one or two days before delivery. I only found out from Klook that the items would be delivered directly to the hotel.

Very convenient, the handover was excellent. Good, good.

The goods were never delivered, and I was never contacted. I tried contacting the store via email and phone myself, but received no response (with proof). Contacting customer service for two days also yielded no solution; it was either an automated response or a request to wait 3-5 minutes, followed by no further action. My recent experiences with Klook's online shopping have been disappointing. Even if I can use Klook credits as a replacement, this level of service is unacceptable.

I only asked Klook to change my hotel booking number, but they canceled it without my permission. What's worse, I didn't find out from Klook, but from the vendor who contacted me saying, "Klook canceled your reservation, so we can't ship it. Is that okay?" After that, I contacted Klook and was told they would check and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything at all! This is the worst.

Delicious and affordable, buy them together during the promotion! Loved by adults and children alike, perfect for gifting or personal use.

I was lucky enough to win a domestic travel voucher, and then I saw this affordable option on Klook~ It was delicious! It's perfect as a snack with tea or coffee~

An indispensable snack for Chinese New Year and other festivals! It seems like the portion size is getting smaller, but the aroma is still as good as ever.
