I booked for 3 days and our driver was amazing although he didn’t speak English but he tried his best to communicate with us and he was helpful too. The itinerary was flexible as we can either make our own or you can let them suggest for you. If you wanna go to Mae Kampong, you gotta pay for another pickup truck to take you there. Overall, great service!!

We took a 12-hour tour that included a van and an English-speaking guide, visiting Doi Inthanon, the Karen coffee village, Wachirathan Waterfall, and the Doi Suthep night view. It was very comfortable as we could freely adjust the schedule in the spacious van. Our guide, Art, was incredibly enthusiastic in his explanations, extremely kind, and constantly attentive to ensure our group was comfortable. The driver was also great (and cute, haha). The Thai food we ate at a street food stall somewhere in Doi Inthanon (Art helped with ordering, confirming the order, and checking the billㅠㅠ) was also delicious!

After booking, the travel agency provided a schedule brochure and recommended itineraries. It was great that they revised our planned itinerary to optimize the flow based on these. They also provided a Google Sheet form for travel insurance enrollment. You just need to fill out the form with the booking number, passport number, name, and date of birth for each participant. It's best to book early (naturally) as they are quick to respond to itinerary changes. On the day we were scheduled to meet, they arrived 10 minutes earlier than my designated time and contacted me via the messenger address I had provided. I was worried about how we would meet and recognize each other, so I was grateful for their early arrival. Our driver was Rita, and I was very thankful that they sent a female driver, perhaps out of consideration for safety concerns. We booked for two days and planned to visit the Doi Inthanon area (first day), Doi Saket area, Doi Suthep, and Nimman Haemin area. Additional charges apply depending on the area, and the travel agency sends a payment link once the itinerary is confirmed. I thought a sedan would be sufficient for three people, but they sent an SUV, perhaps because Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep involve driving up mountain roads. The driving skills were exceptional... they perfectly maintained the safe speed of 80. In an era where automatic cars are the norm, a stick-shift driver who is an expert on the local area! I was so completely satisfied that I strongly recommend them. The driver was flexible with the itinerary. The travel agency said they didn't speak English, but they understood everything except for advanced expressions, and communication was smooth, haha. However, since they are not a guide, they don't provide special explanations during site bookings or tours, so it's a good idea for those planning the trip to do thorough research. The vehicle looked brand new. It was a two-day rental, and both days the car was in pristine condition. It's optimal for three travelers, and even better for two.

I can't speak highly enough about the Chiang Mai Charter experience, especially for exploring the remote corners of Chiang Mai. Opting for a tour guide, Nui, added immense value to our journey, providing insightful perspectives throughout. Our adventure commenced with a scenic drive to Jinju, the Orange Farm. The winding roads might pose a challenge for those susceptible to motion sickness, so preparing necessary medications beforehand is advisable. Jinju felt like a fusion of Japan and Switzerland, perched atop a hill. Despite the scarcity of ripe oranges during our visit in early November, the place exuded charm. The added bonus of delightful coffee complemented the experience perfectly. Next on our itinerary was the Fleur Cafe, a recommendation from our guide for brunch. This picturesque spot resembled a French garden, offering delicious food albeit slightly on the pricier side. The 'I Love Flower' farm was an absolute highlight not to be missed. Arriving early is essential to truly soak in the beauty of the expansive flower fields, especially under the radiant sun. Wrapping up our tour, the van thoughtfully dropped us off at the airport, ensuring a seamless transition for our flight back to Bangkok. The Chiang Mai Charter allowed us to uncover these hidden gems, making our journey a memorable exploration of the city's lesser-known yet enchanting spots.

Booked a 2-day ride for 9 people, the driver was very punctual picking us up at the hotel. We safely went to our chosen destinations without any hassle. Loved it, and thanks Klook for the promotional discounted vouchers as well.

The transaction with akGo was seamless! We enjoyed our trip, especially since we got to customize our itinerary. Although there was a surcharge for some places, it was still reasonable, and we loved the restaurant they recommended for lunch! Mr. Ae was our driver, and he speaks English well. His van was so lavish, and we felt like VIPs! Definitely worth it 🥰

We were assigned to Thor. Firstly, Thor is fluent in English, which made communication very easy. He was very flexible with the schedule and not calculative. Throughout the journey, he was willing to share the history of Chiang Mai with us. He even provided us with mineral water; he was truly very attentive and thoughtful!

We spent about 20 minutes looking for the actual driver, turns out he was waiting somewhere so we switched cars and set off to national parks. We love the flexibility to choose locations, but bear in mind that some locations which are further out will require an additional payment. We had several national parks on our list and in the end we had to pay an extra $50 on top of the voucher. Do check the list before you confirm your itinerary with the tour agency. Overall it was an amazing experience, the guide was super friendly and accommodating. He was also knowledgeable about the places we could stop over to buy stuff, visit restrooms, eat lunch, etc. We highly recommend Doi Inthanon National Park and Pha Chor!!!

Both the driver Ton and the guide (I forgot his name) really made our tour memorable. They were thoughtful and knowledgeable, making sure we didn't have to go through hassles while they went the extra mile. Highly recommended.
